It's been 30 minutes Nazwah fought in the operating room. Everyone is waiting for news from the doctor. Especially Alvin who had no feelings since. He was pacing in front of the operating room door.

Both his parents and both nazwah parents and Gibran just sat in the hospital chair.

The light changed, which was red to green.

Everyone stood up to see the doctor coming out of the room. Doctor Hafizh and one of his colleagues went to see the patient's family.

They seemed impatient to listen to the condition of the nazwah.

"The operation went smoothly, the patient can be immediately transferred to the hospital room" explained Dr. Hafizh.

Everyone was relieved to hear the words of Doctor Hafizh.

"thank you doc.." said papa alvin.

"then we excuse yourself" said Hafizh then left the family of Nazwah.

Before long some nurses out of the operating room pushed the patient's bed which was none other than nazwah to be transferred to the VIP room.

In turn they visit nazwah who are still unconscious.

The first turn is the nazwah family, namely the father and mother of the nazwah and Gibran's sister nazwah.

Alvin returned to accompany the nazwah who was still unconscious as well. It was almost midnight and Alvin fell asleep next to the nazwah.

The next morning Alvin woke up and found the nazwah who was still faithful to close his eyes.

He went to the morning prayer of the Musholla hospital. And when she came back, she saw the doctor and the nurse running towards the nazwah room.

Without thinking for a long time he immediately followed and entered the room.

The doctor checks the state of the nazwah, and the nurse injects the drug into the infusion of the nazwah.

"what is physics." I asked Hafizh.

"So the nazwah has decreased a little, Maybe it's the effect of the operation and fortunately it is quickly handled so it's okay'." explained Hafizh.

"thank you" said alvin.

"sama', if I excuse you.." said Hafizh.

Slowly her tears trickled down, this all managed to make her a crybaby man. From what he used to be, he cared nothing but family and company. Now that he was already melted, the ice cold that enveloped his heart had already melted. It's all because of Nazwah, the wife who managed to change the life of alvin who was once very monotonous to be more colorful.

Alvin fell asleep with his eyes swollen from crying. Last night he did not sleep soundly. occasionally he woke up to make sure the nazwah was awake or not.

Her sleep was disturbed because a tiny hand gently stroked her hair. He slowly opened his eyes to find out what happened.

And it turns out. it's nazwah.

He looked at the sticky alvin, with a pale face he tried to smile happily but alvin could feel behind the smile there was a lot of suffering that he was trying to cover up.

"honey... You're sober, I briefly called the doctor.." said alvin eagerly.

Nazwah flanged and then pulled alvin's hand to stay beside him.

Alvin who understood his wife's will according to him, he again sat beside Nazwah.

And the woman immediately hugged alvin and alvin returned the embrace.

"sister.apiin Nazwah.. nazwah is indeed careless.. nazwah is stupid, stubborn.." said Nazwah swearing.

"don't do it dear." said alvin took off their arms and stared at the nazwah.

"nazwah is not horrified the word' brother to the heart', so we have to lose our child.." said nazwah as he pleased.

"it's not your fault baby, it's God's destiny. There may be a grand plan that God has prepared for us, so don't complain and blame yourself." says Alvin.

"Some of our children are already in heaven, he would be sad if he saw his mother sad. So you have to be happy let our child be happy there. ok.." continued alvin while wiping the tears of Nazwah.

Nazwah nodded slowly and hugged Alvin again.

After being satisfied cuddling they let go of his embrace and the nazwah smiled knot.

"well.that dong smile, it's more beautiful" seduced alvin.

nazwah smiled shyly.

Not long after the Nazwah family arrived. Those who saw the nazwah were immediately reverberated. And then the family of Alvin came.

They all tried to cheer the nazwah up so as not to think too much about what had happened. Therefore, it is the destiny of God that no one in the world can circumvent.

**One Week later.

I don't feel like I've been in the hospital one week, I've started trying to make her go away. And accept everything with a chest.

Alvin's been by my side for a week. From morning until noon he went to the office, and from after the office until night Alvin was in the hospital.

And during this week there were some friends of mine especially Zihan came to see me. About college, I was given a two-week pass.

At first I was confused why the campus could give permission during that time, even though at this time the students/i are busy with the task' of the lecturer.

But my confusion was all solved after learning that the head of the foundation was actually a close friend of his father Alvin.

after a week of being bored and in the hospital I was finally able to go home.

I'm so happy to finally be free of this place.

I miss the state of the house.
