The Enchantment of the System Owner
First assignment

A bright morning has arrived, welcoming the inhabitants of the earth with its warm rays. Similarly, Arvin who immediately woke up when he felt glare in his eyes, after that he only realized if the window of his room was still not closed by curtains.

So, it is only natural that he can be disturbed by sunlight, even though before that never happened. Even so, Arvin did not feel the slightest upset, instead he was grateful because then he would not be late to work.

"I can't believe that the weather will change drastically in half a day." Arvin murmured in amazement when he saw the morning so bright, but yesterday night the weather felt very cold.

After that, Arvin just remembered about the thing that he experienced last night. He almost forgot the existence of the system, and then quickly checked the certainty that what happened last night was not a mere dream.

"System!" Arvin said trying to pull out the system screen.

And sure enough, a moment later appeared a hologram screen that had suddenly floated before him. The hologram screen is currently displaying its status.

Arvin widened his eyes, not believing the reality before him. He rubbed his eyes, but the hologram screen was still missing in his view.

"I don't believe this.. I thought it was all a dream, but it turned out... Eh? That meant.." On the sidelines of his confusion, he suddenly remembered the figure of a fairy who was none other than Leila.

"Leila, Leila! Are you still there!?" Arvin slightly left his voice, making the little elf wake up from his sleep, and then appear with a transparent form.

"What's up…?" Leila asked softly as she had just woken up from her sleep.

Looking at him who was fine, Arvin let out a light sigh, then flopped down on the bed.

"Haah, I thought you weren't real. But thank God it's not like that." Revealed Arvin was relieved.

Meanwhile, Leila just looked at Arvin in silence. He could not understand Arvin's intentions because his mind was still in the synchronization stage.

After that, Arvin decided to take a shower and get ready so as not to be late for work. Remember, only one week he applied for his new job, so he should not waste the opportunity that has been there.

At the moment Arvin is working in two different places. Of course he took a part-time job, especially Arvin had to work again at night. So that there is no time for him to do other activities other than collecting money.

After the bath, Arvin immediately took the bread and coated it with butter and his favorite peanut butter. He always does this at breakfast time, because he has to save time in such a way. So it is rare to see him eating normal foods, such as rice, eggs, chicken, or even noodles.

After her breakfast was over, Arvin went to the room to change her clothes and also needed to pay attention to her appearance. But when looking at the reflection of the mirror, Arvin seemed dumbfounded to see his reflection that looks not like him.

"Hey, hey, there's no time for jokes. What the fuck? Why did my face turn like this! And also, it was fitting that I just felt my uniform feel a little tight, it turns out that my body also changed! Oh, my God, please don't joke, Leila.." Arvin complained that it was all Leila's doing.

Not accepting the blame, Leila appeared with her transparent form accompanied by a tangled expression. "Why are you accusing me!? Shouldn't you be feeling happy right now because your appearance is changing for the better than before!? Hmph, don't know thank you!"

Arvin felt guilty when he heard her remark, he smiled awkwardly then said, "No, no. Everything you do is not wrong! It's just, not at the right time.I'm honestly grateful to you, but now I have to work, and my uniform is tight because of you…" 

Now, it looks like a young man with a body like an athlete. It was filled with mature muscles, and also his face turned more resolute and handsome.

But now Arvin doesn't want it too much. He just wanted to live as a normal person who used to earn wages from his hard work. That's all he wanted to do, even though all this was Arvin's dream so far, so inevitably he had to thank him.

"All right, thanks Leila. But, can you make my uniform a little loose? As long as it is not too tight." Pinta Arvin while watching her changed body.

"Because now that I've become a system, everything you need from me has to cost money. But, since this is my fault as well, I will help you without pay." Obviously Leila made Arvin a little moody.

"There is no need to put on such an expression. Quickly close your eyes, I'll do it soon!" Leila responded as she wished.

When Arvin closed his eyes, he felt a warm feeling envelop him, until moments later the feeling disappeared accompanied by an explosive-like sensation.

Hearing him, Arvin slowly opened his eyes and was stunned when he saw the size of his uniform had gone his way.

"Wooah!! You're so great, Leila! Thanks!" Arvin was happy, but Leila suddenly disappeared before returning her gratitude.

However, Arvin did not care about it, because he thought that Leila was continuing her rest.

After the preparations were done, Arvin went straight to his workplace with a complicated expression. He was still afraid that if anyone realized the change, then questioned something he could not answer naturally.

However, while struggling with his thoughts, Arvin is suddenly startled by the appearance of a notification explaining his first assignment.

It makes Arvin confused and do not know what to do, other than running to the designated place to complete the side task. He was also afraid if he had to accept the penalty, considering himself working as a mini market cashier and also a waiter at a fast food restaurant.

Dengen at high speed, Arvin ran in the direction indicated by the system screen, which led him to a deserted place and filled with garbage.

The place was so shabby and uninhabitable, yet there were still some tramps sleeping on each side of the slum.

"Why are there kids playing here!?" Worrying about Arvin while trying not to inhale the smell of rotten garbage.

He ran down a one-way street that ended up on another road. At that time Arvin only realized that the place he had previously traveled, was a shortcut connecting two different roads.

"Ah shit, the time is running low and the place is still far away! Damn, goddamn, shit!" Arvin's bait is increasingly made worried by the time is slowly thinning.

However, that concern was answered when Arvin realized that he had 100 free SPs from the system that he then used to upgrade his Agility, until leaving 50 SP and he can only upgrade five times.

Shortly after he managed to do that, Arvin felt a stinging sensation in both legs that made his balance slightly disturbed.

Despite running with a screw, Arvin still did not stop the pace until the sting was over and the speed increased higher in a short period of time.

"Good, this way everything will be finished quickly!" Arvin muttered while blasting like lightning.

Moments later, Arvin arrives at the spot indicated by the system. He immediately circulated his gaze, looking for the whereabouts of the boy who would be kidnapped by a group of people.

"Aaah, kidnapper!!!" Shouted one of the women when he saw a boy had been kidnapped by someone.

It turns out that Arviin had mistakenly guessed. Just now he saw a suspicious man who had managed to transport the body of the boy, then ran through the crowd of people passing by.

"Ah shit, it turns out that her kidnappers are moving individually. Damn it, I don't have much time, I have to catch up!" Arvin said, then chasing the kidnapper with sweat that began to pour.

Arvin hopes everything goes smoothly according to his wishes, lest something different from his prediction happens.
