Ch 96 — Small Fight

Magreis's fight against Yami (Tohrei) becomes the subject of the conversation and spectacle of other students. At that time the audience seats in the arena were at least filled by approximately 100 students.

“What do we start right away?” Tohrei is in a ready position.

Tohrei slightly lowered his strength in order to be able to do a fight that was slightly on par with Magreis. He had just checked the status window of Magreis so he could tell how he should behave.

Tohrei lowered his stat by 90% so now his stat average is around 1000. It was quite difficult to withstand his strength to such a degree without the help of the system.

Time passed but none of them moved to attack. Tohrei decided to attack first.

When Magreis felt that the attack had ended, he immediately opened his protective dome. But what he did was not just that, as soon as the dome opened, Magreis hurled dozens of lava bullets at Tohrei.

‘He's a truly multi-magic user!’ Magreis avoided the tsunami and took several steps back as self-protection.

Tohrei truly deserves to be the winner of the aelion tournament. He was so fast that he overwhelmed her.

From the palm it shot out a sudden lava attack.

Tohrei immediately lowered his body avoiding the attack. “Ho? Can also.”

“Then let me show you more of my strength!” Around Tohrei created dozens of blue magic circles.

Out of the circle came arrows of water that shot towards Magreis. He had no more room to dodge, so he could only protect himself with a protector like the one before.

But he was surprised, the water arrows were able to penetrate his protector. He did not react until the arrows hit him.

“Ghh!” The water arrow was strong enough to push it several meters away. His lava protector disappeared the moment he received the attack.

‘How can those arrows be—?!’

“You must be curious why it can penetrate your protector instead?” Tohrei created a large two-layer magic circle.

The first circle is blue while the second circle is green. “That's because I coated water magic with wind.”

From the two-layer magic circle came out a water with a rotating drill shape. Winds whirring fiercely coated the water.

The magic shot towards Magreis quite fiercely.

“It was really unexpected.” Magreis stood up again. He re-coated both his hands with lava. But this time it was very different, it coated it with an enormous lava.

Magreis resisted the attack using both of his hands that were coated in lava. “Arrghh!” He resisted the attack even though he was pushed back.

He held it for a few seconds before his body squeezed as it was unable to block the attack. As a result, Magreis fell to destroy the wall. He was barely conscious.

Tohrei's magic was accidentally removed once Magreia was knocked down. He approached Magreis, who was lying on the wall.

“Pak old red dragon?” Tohrei was curious as to who Magreis alluded to. Aside from Ryui, Tohrei had never met another dragon due to the rarity of their race in the land of enervelia.

“Well I won't ask more.”

“Hah... I got wisdom from this fight.” Magreis sighed.

“Huh? What wisdom?”

Magreis got up and shouted. ”That I must train harder in order to gain the strength I hope for! I realized that I was just a frog in a well! You awakened me Yami!”

“You can do it if you work harder.” Though Tohrei got the result power from the system.
