The Flower Petal Revolution Stage

The Flower Petal Revolution Stage
3 - 01

My name is Kris Waarheid. From today on, I will study with you. I wish we could be friends.

I calmly introduced myself while being under the watchful gaze of many people.

This is a large and shaped classroom. The room was clean, the temperature was perfect, and the entire area looked soundproof.

Everything in sight seemed modern and cutting-edge, illustrating the Academy's view on education.

The room could hold over a hundred people, and the fifty people sitting there were destined to be my first schoolmates.

The unknown before me made me full of excitement and enthusiasm.

Now it's...

... It's time for Kris Waarheid to start her school life.

After a duel in the middle of a bed of roses...

...I was told to take Hui-ho to Adella's Teacher's room.

Adella Kristi is the best HGG researcher in this school, as well as a figure who sits in the top position among all teachers.

He alone was responsible for the health of the students, the nobles who had yet to hatch.

"HGG" refers to those with Grace abilities.

Grace is a condition for enrolling in the Academy, and those whose Grace is functioning well are called HGGs. Thus, all students are HGG.

Because of that fact, Adella's Teaching Room is also the medical room of the school. This room even has medical technology that will make most of the big hospitals appear pale in comparison.

There is also a recreation center and several entertainment areas. This place really has everything.

It seemed that this place was built so that the students would not have to leave this fortress-like area.

Back to the issue being discussed... Less than five minutes after Anna contacted her, I saw Teacher Adella.

Of course, whatever he actually felt, he did not show it, he looked very calm and in control.

However, Lee Hui-ho is a Radiance, one of the most valuable people in the Academy.

And given Lee Hui-ho's strength, there was no way something would happen to him.

It is certain that the news that Hui-ho experienced something shook Teacher Adella to her heart.

The results of his diagnosis will be explained in a few days, but at the very least, it seems that his condition is not in danger.

He immediately returned to class, while I finally had to skip the first hour of lessons.

Skipping the first hour of study on the first day didn't seem like a good sign, but compared to the wild girl's potential injury, it wasn't a big deal.

"Kris is a Radiance. He'll be joining the five Radiance that we already know."

Adella's excessive introductions create a commotion in the classroom.

Radiance sixth. It seemed, that fact meant a lot to the people gathered in the classroom.

"Hmmm.."

Other than Teacher Adella, everyone in the room was young.

Some of them are obviously as old as I am, but most look a little younger.

The Academy of Nobles of Caelum Flumen has an eight-year education system.

People my age are generally in seventh grade. Anna and Charlotte Mountbatten are in the same year, while Lee Hui-ho is in his sixth year.

From what I heard, the Academy is still so newly established that it does not yet have a single eighth grader.

When Anna and the others reached that point, the Academy would enter its first eight years of age. There is a lot of hope on their shoulders.

The Academy of Nobles of Caelum Flumen did not have a common class. Each student has a separate program tailored to their abilities, and they each take lessons based on their curriculum.

Some curricula can be divided based on age and academic ability, but some are combined as in this class.

This is a special class, a moment that only exists in the Academy.

It was a class about Grace. Something about physics and everything else remains in the description, but I don't remember it.

I'm not proud of it, but I'm the type of person who doesn't read any descriptions or explanations. I handed such trifles over to Aisha, and she handled them so well that I didn't have to bother messing around with her.

However, my beloved servant is no longer by my side.

As the saying goes, when in Rome, do as the Romans do. Therefore, I decided to see what this lesson looked like.

"All right."

Recommended by Teacher Adella, I walked over to my designated seat.

Is Anna sitting at the very back, or at the top? Whatever it is, these classrooms use the most up-to-date Augmented Reality technology, so being at the very back is not a disadvantage.

Inside the walls of the Academy, students should always carry mobile devices and special contact lenses. The first doubles as a student identity card, while the second is needed to see the Augmented Reality magic that this school has.

With mobile devices, as well as light movements, then automatically all this can be controlled.

So many sensors installed in the classroom, can capture all the movements related to the students.

Just by using the tip of my finger, I was able to enlarge the look of the blackboard. It felt a lot easier to use than I had previously thought.

According to what Anna told me while traveling, there was an unwritten rule that students take seats according to their level.

It was like around the Ganges River, where the Kshatriya and Shudra castes never sat together.

The students of the Academy were divided into four ranks, and they were all trying to reach the highest point.

The very back of the classroom is reserved for five. They were the ones in the top position among the 200 students.

Lee Hui-ho sat in a seat close to Anna.

"Sad.."

When our eyes crossed, he turned his face away as if he did not want to look me in the eyes. Even so, I was quite happy to see that he did not appear to be injured.

Next to Lee Hui-ho, there was a girl who lowered her head. With his sitting like that, making him look even smaller. From what I can see, he's three or four years younger than us.

His gaze was so sharp as if it wanted to stab me.

He might just be wary of the unknown man before him, but there was too much hatred in it.

I tried to look back at him, and he didn't budge at all. He stared straight into my eyes without blinking a single bit. Impressive for someone whose age is younger.

If I had to compare it to something...

...I'd say he's a dagger. Small, sharp, sturdy, and shiny, it would strike quickly and end everything in an instant. It was a familiar light.

As I was immersed in thinking about it, I suddenly realized who the figure was that reminded me of.

He looks a lot like Anna. Not in appearance, but the aura that surrounds it. They were both similar to the bow of an arrow that stretched because it was pulled tightly.

His seat had already made it clear, but he was a Radiance-level HGG.

He is the youngest of the Radiance, and if my intuition is correct, he is Anna's little knight.

Behind them was Charlotte Mountbatten, sitting there like a little flower. Our eyes met, and he waved at me. Her friendly reaction prompted a small smile to be present on my face to return her greeting.

Anna, Lee Hui... The school has many unique students. To be honest, I wonder how best to interact with them.

Among them, the presence of someone as friendly and sincere as Charlotte was precious.

And after Charlotte, there's one left.

Long, glamorous hair and a graceful appearance reminiscent of a Japanese doll.

He covered his mouth with an open folding fan in his hand, and did not even attempt to hide his curious eyes, which were fixed right at me.

Her eyes don't have the strong determination that Anna has, nor do they have the hostile desires that Hui-hoo and the little knight have.

It was a clear gaze that had the sharpness to sort out the smallest of things, and the strength to see through any falsehoods.

I felt a strong calmness and deep intelligence within him. It's a really interesting character.

If I had to compare it to something...

...I would say that she is a bell flower in autumn. Simple and clear, yet strong enough to bloom alone and proud, without relying on anyone

After passing through the four girls, I arrived at the seat next to Anna.

"Gr...."

He showed a look of annoyance on his face, but said nothing. Apparently, the classroom is an exception to the rule of "shooting myself to death if it's within three meters".

I appreciate his understanding. Otherwise, I would have trouble with where I should sit.

It's time to open the curtain of my thrilling school life.
