The Hidden Power

In the middle of the forest that was previously filled with shady trees, it has now been destroyed and damaged by magic attacks in a large scale launched by the previous Elf troops.

The entire Elf army, had currently set up a circular formation and surrounded General Ark with his followers who were currently nowhere to be seen due to being covered in an extremely thick dubi.

"Have we succeeded in injuring them?" Said an Elf Warrior to his friend.

"Don't let your guard down! Stay focused and maintain the Formation" the Elf Queen reminded her troops.

In the gripping silence after the previous powerful magic explosion, a thick puff of smoke enveloped the battleground. All views were blocked by a thick cloud of dust, and the ELves sought the whereabouts of General Ark with his followers.

All of a sudden, there was the sound of the roar of an extremely fierce beast from behind the thick Smoke on the battlefield, until it hit the thick puff of smoke and revealed the figure of General Ark who had now turned into a giant Snake that soared into the sky.

The Venoms Dragon was the embodiment of the darkness that General Ark possessed, and its power was so deadly. His body was covered in dark green scales filled with poisonous plants in every crack. It filled the air with an intoxicating scent and made the Elves' breath feel so tight to be nearby.

"Ruaargh!! How dare you underestimate my power. Now, pay with your lives." Said General Ark with his booming Dragon voice.

"Hhhhhhhhh"

The bright green flames blazed fiercely from within the mouth of General Ark in his dragon form. His strength would increase tens of times if he changed in the form of the Venoms Dragon.

Adela Starfrost immediately raised her hand, to face the attack from the Ark General. With his extraordinary Ice magic ability.

"Glacial Fortress"

With determined eyes and nimble hand movements, Adela Starfrost stuck her magic wand onto the ground, and created an extremely powerful burst of magic energy, it came out from under his feet and formed an ice fortress that towered very quickly.

The fortress was formed in an instant, protecting the entire Elf army from the poisonous Burst of Fire of General Ark. A fierce fire smashed into the extremely thick ice wall, causing hot steam to fill the air.

The ice wall shook violently, and absorbed the heat of the fire with the cold from the melting thick Ice. The Elven troops cheered as they saw the ice fortress standing gallantly, protecting them from a deadly attack.

Meanwhile, Adela Starfrost was still concentrating her magic energy to keep the ice fortress stable. But after a while, he suddenly felt the ice power he was controlling was getting weaker.

"All of you! Stay away, I'm no longer strong enough to withstand his attacks." Adela warned the Elves to stay away from her Glacial Fortress.

The power of the Venoms Dragon was too great to deal with this time around. The attack broke Adela's defenses very quickly, making the extremely hot and poisonous green Flame, it pierced through every layer of Ice it created and injured the bodies of the Elves who had no time to dodge any further.

The head of the Evergreen family, Aryndel Evergreen, who was known for his skills in the Art of Magical and Alchemy Medicine, quickly swung his magic wand and let out a greenish glow that spread in the air, that light enveloped the bodies of the Elves who were injured as a result of being affected from the previous poisonous Flame attack.

"Adela, are you okay?" Aryndel asked who had come towards Adela to treat her injuries directly.

"Stop talking, let's back off first to treat your wound. Cedric and the summoners from the Yellowhope Family will hold the creature for a while." Aryndel said as he held up the injured Adela and went to the back line to treat her injuries.

On the other hand, the fierce battle between General Ark and some Summoners from the Yellowhope family, seemed to be going on very intensely.

Seen in the air a Thunderbird and Wind Gryphon were unleashing their magical powers, a flash of blue-colored lightning and a fiercely rotating hurricane. Stripped the body of the Venom dragon beneath him.

However, the attack seemed to have no effect at all on the Venom dragon's body which had powerful scales all over its body with incredible physical and magic resistance.

The Storm Owl, Zephyr Falcon and Celestial Roc, working together relying on their speed and eloquence in launching powerful physical attacks, tried to attack the Venom Dragon from multiple directions.

"Back.."

"Whoosh's..Whoosh."

The attacks from the beaks and claws of those three high-level magical Beasts, hit the Venom Dragon's body extremely hard.

But out of the many attacks they launched, none of their attacks could break through the powerful defenses of the Venom Dragon. Bad and the opposite happened, the three magical animals were seriously injured because their bodies were exposed to the scales of the Venom dragon which was very poisonous.

"Mr Cedric, we can't hold it much longer. If we keep on leaving, our magical beasts will get even more seriously injured." Said a Summoner to Cedric who was fighting with him.

"It's really bad, order your Magical Beasts to retreat, we'll hold this Monster back with the power we have right now." Cedric gave the command very firmly, and again faced the Venom Dragon with the other abilities he possessed.

Right in the midst of the chaos of the battle, the Elf Queen looked at the battle situation calmly and observed the enemy force wisely.

He had known the physical strength of the extremely powerful Venom dragon, coming from the defense of its thick and poisonous scales. That was what caused every attack launched by the Elves, none of them managed to harm him.

"The only way to defeat dragon venoms is to destroy the thick, toxic scales that protect its weakened inner body. If my guess this time is correct, then there is no caralain at this time. I must use that ancient Power, and bear the risk." Alysia Starleaf said with confidence and determination burning in her heart.

The Starleaf Ancient Family had a rich and dignified history within the Elf world. They were direct descendants of the oldest elves living in the forests of Elenor. Their family is known as experts in natural and plant magic.

Over time, the Starleaf family grew and developed, becoming one of the most respected and influential families among the Elf community.

Each generation continued the traditions and knowledge of the previous predecessors. About the various kinds of magic knowledge and Ancient abilities belonging to their families, which had been kept secret for thousands of years.

According to the Elven records, the Ancient power of the Starleaf family was a double-edged sword.

In addition to that Power can provide a huge increase in abilities to its users. Behind all of this, there are huge consequences. It should be borne by anyone who harnesses this power with their body.
