Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala said:

وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْأَرْضِ  ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

"And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is Powerful over all things."

(QS. Ali 'Imran 3: Verse 189)

"Nobody has power but Allah, who rules over all that is in the universe, not even a leaf has fallen but by His will (Al-An'am: 59), he is the owner of the kingdom of heaven and earth.

"It is Allah alone, who has a right, over servants, whether He wills His servants to be on the path of evil or on the path of good. For Allah is the Guide. Like His word in Surah Ar-Raad 31.

أَفَلَمْ يَيْأَسِ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَنْ لَوْ يَشَاءُ اللَّهُ لَهَدَى النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا

“Then shall not those who believe know that if Allah wills (all men believe), surely Allah guides all men.”

(QS. Ar Raad verse 31)

"And Icha just delivered his call. Which is good and which is bad. But still God is also the determinant of the Mah, whoever He chooses to get his guidance (Hidayah). When their hearts tremble when they get the knowledge presented by Icha or other religious leaders. So he became God's choice to obtain His guidance. As in His word.

إِنَّكَ لَا تَهْدِي مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ

“Verily you will not be able to give directions to the person you like.”

(QS. Al Qashash verse 56)

لَيْسَ عَلَيْكَ هُدَاهُمْ وَلَكِنَّ اللَّهَ يَهْدِي مَنْ يَشَاءُ

“It is not your duty to guide them, but Allah guides (tells) whom He wills.” (Al Baqara 272)

"Allah in Surah Ar Raad verse 40, Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala said:

فَإِنَّمَا عَلَيْكَ الْبَلاغُ وَعَلَيْنَا الْحِسَابُ

“Because really your job is just to convey it, while We are the ones who sue their practice.”

(QS. Ar Raad verse 40).

فَذَكِّرْ إِنَّمَا أَنْتَ مُذَكِّرٌ لَسْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ بِمُصيْطِرٍ

“Then give a warning, for verily you are only one who gives a warning, you are not one who has power over them.”

(QS. Al Ghashiyah verses 21-22).

"That's how, Mah, Pah, Icha conveys the knowledge that Icha gets. Therefore also conveyed by the Prophet ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ as said in a hadith.

From Abdullah bin Amr radhiyallahu ta’ala ‘anhu, that the Prophet shallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said:

بَلِّغُوا عَنِّى وَلَوْ آيَةً

“Tell me even if it's just one ayat”

(CHR. Bukhari)

"In the Sahih Hadith Chronicle of al-Bukhari: 3202

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:

بَلِّغُوا عَنِّي وَلَوْ آيَةً، وَحَدِّثُوا عَنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَلاَ حَرَجَ، وَمَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَيَّ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنْ النَّارِ.

From Abdullah ibn Amr: That the Prophet ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ Syndicate:

"Tell me even one verse and tell me (what you heard) of the Children of Israel’il and that is okay (sin).

And whoever lies in my name willfully, prepare to occupy his seat in hell." (Hadits Sahih History of al-Bukhari: 3202).
