The Horror Story

The Horror Story
Screams Curses

The sound of crying that does not stop makes me more goosebumps. On this day, my mother's mother, who was commonly called grandmother, passed away. Grandma died at 97 years old. During his life, he helped people a lot, even healed people, but my mother said not in a good way.

The next day after the departure of the grandmother, the grandmother's house has not been deserted the arrival of the local village people. Some of them brought their crops and livestock to Grandma's house as a thank you for helping them. I don't understand, but I have to appreciate.

“Ma, for whom will all the gifts be?” I asked my mother who was tidying up the things they gave me. “Ya certainly for the family left behind, it is not possible for grandmother right?” Mama answered while teasing me.

Suddenly someone touched my shoulder. Hmm, it turned out to be my aunt, I made it clear, adek from my mother.

“Halo, being bothered well here”.he said while holding my shoulder. “So, back behind me, I have something to say. Let Blessia continue to neatin his goods”. Continue while pulling my mother's hand. Oh yes, my name is Blessia Theophani. This year I turned 18, I was a freshman, majoring in sociology at the nearest private university in my area.

After talking to my aunt, my mom looked really weird. Looked gloomy and confused while looking for papa who was chatting with the guests. Mom later came to see me while carrying some of our belongings. “Blessia, finish your things, we go home this afternoon because the papa has a sudden job, do not rush to danger later on the road.” Mom said while picking up the suitcase on top of the closet. As a good only child, I receded and immediately packed the goods.

One by one the goods in the input papa to the car, while mama and I busy greetings with the other brothers. “Pamit yes good om.” I said shaking hands with the oldest brother of my family, om who never scolded me since childhood, even he considered me like his own son, therefore I called him “Om baik”. He is not married yet when he was almost 50 years old, if I ask him the truth he said he had promised not married his whole life for a science that would make him strong for life. No need to be surprised, the family still strongly believe in these things.

That afternoon, we returned from the village and headed to a house about 7 hours away from the village of grandmother. On the way, I suddenly saw a woman who was suicidal. He was standing in the middle of the road when our car was about to go. Instantly I screamed loudly. “Aaaarggggghhhh!!” closing my eyes with both hands. Mom holds me straight away, “Blessia! Why sweetheart? Why are you screaming?”. Ask with worry. It's really weird, really weird. I saw clearly a woman who was going to kill herself in the middle of the road, but Papa and Mama didn't see her. “Mam, pap, there was a girl standing in the middle of the road. I want us to hit.” I answered while pointing back.

“Hey, hey.. Baby, are you sleepy? There's nobody on the road, there's no way Papa's going to hit people.” Papa's voice assures me that I saw it wrong. I could only be silent, I was not sleepy and I could not possibly see wrongly. That was really very clear. I really hope you guys see it.

A few moments later we arrived home, I decided to go straight to sleep because I was so tired.

“Blessia! Blessia's awake! Build nak!” My mother pulled my body to wake me up. It turned out that it was morning, I woke up and saw a mama and papa who looked restless by my side. “What the hell mam, pap, I'm still sleepy, back again deh.” I said while trying to sit down. “You're okay, baby? anyone sick?” Ask papa. I was confused, why did papa ask like that when since yesterday we were together and nothing happened to me. Mom told me what happened to me just now. Turns out I'm ngigau. My mom said I was screaming and beating myself up. God, I was completely unconscious, not even in pain when my body was already red. Strangely, this situation continues to happen to me every night while asleep. What exactly is going on? Even my mom and dad would sleep in my room to take care of me, so as not to hurt my body.

Because this is really strange, Mama told this to her family over the phone.

“... But the deck, isn't it already removed? Why is Blessia still on?” Said Mama who was calling my Tante. Spontaneously I immediately asked my mother, “What is released ma? Kena What?” Mom was shocked to see me behind her and turned off the phone. Finally, Mama told me what exactly happened.

When I was born, Grandma was falling out of her job as a village midwife. Not wanting her efforts to be ruined, Grandma handed me over to the figure she worshipped for the rest of her life. Not to God, but to evil spirits. He promised that he would make me the same as I would be if he were gone. Mama was angry, when she found out about it, she immediately took me to the house of worship and asked the Pastor to release Grandma's covenant with the dark spirit. Mama was the closest child to my Grandpa, so she followed Grandpa's path. He was a religious man, but unfortunately he died long before I was even born. Therefore, mama is different from my aunt and omku, they come with Grandma's way.

“Aaaaarghhhhh!! Don't let me out of this body! Don't try it or this girl will suffer! Haha.. Stohh you!”

The evil spirit entered my body again. Mama was surprised and shouted to Papa, while the evil spirit continued to laugh and scream.

Papa came and immediately hugged my body firmly, then mom started praying while holding my head. The evil spirit cried out in pain and then left, I was instantly limp and helpless. It really scares me, I hate my Grandma, why she did it to me. I was terrified as I looked at the rest of my room, hoping that the evil spirit would not come again.

After that incident, we got bad news from the village. It turns out that Omku had an accident, he had to lose one of his legs due to the accident. Om is very helpless, he said he had an accident because of the slippery road. Mama was so depressed, she could only cry to see what was going on with her family.

“Where is the state of good om now?” Ask me over the phone. As soon as Omku cried hearing my voice, he wanted me to be there with him, but according to Grandma's mother's residence in the village was dangerous for me who was like this. “Om is good now, you are also good right son?” Reply Om with a slightly trembling voice holding back the cry. I tried to corroborate and comfort Om well, now he can't do anything. He lost one of his legs, and he regretted it. His dream of obtaining a strong science had only made him weaker. He realized that all his bad beliefs were in vain, he lost many possessions and even the opportunity to have a family. My aunt who saw firsthand the state of good Om also came to her senses, and chose to give up all her bad beliefs and start living by believing in God. Mama and Papa decided to bring Om both to stay with us because there would be no one to take care of him, while my aunt had a family she had to take care of as well. Mama hopes to bring my om to a new, much better life. I'm very happy, finally Mama's dream to see her family repent materialized, I hope after this our family will be fine.

But my hope is not that easy I get, when Mama and Papa on the way home from the village to pick up Omku to the house, I returned to disturb the evil spirit. Even he has so much control over me, making me destroy the entire house even more and again injure my body. Neighbors who had known for a long time about my situation immediately informed Mama and Papa, they immediately rushed home.

The evil spirit took me around the courtyard while shouting, “You are all fools! You should have believed me!Come believe me! Hahahahahas.. Trust me!!” All the neighbors came out and tried to catch me who was already like a madman. Until finally one of the neighbors called the pastor to pray for me. I was caught, and the pastor gently embraced me and whispered, “Son, you can fight him yourself, do not consider him strong, for you are much stronger because God is with you, fight! Call the Name of the Lord in power and will eliminate the evil spirit!” I heard the voice of the pastor, I cried. Then I did as the Reverend suggested, as soon as the evil spirit screamed in pain and went straight from my body. Just then Mama and Papa arrived and immediately hugged me.

The pastor advised our family to stay close to God. Then Mama told the Pastor that when I was a child I was prayed to be released from the curse, but why is it still not free.

Suddenly Omku who was sitting on his wheelchair spoke to Mama and the Pastor. Om said that he told Grandma about it, so Grandma handed me back to the evil spirits without Mama's knowledge. When she heard that, Mama immediately cried and was very upset, she was very sad about the behavior of her family.

The priest explained that all this is called a curse, where this curse will ensnare the bloodline if it is not released. Not only the child who is handed over will be hit, even the child who is not handed over can also be hit, depending on who is chosen. But the pastor also assured us that it was really gone because I already knew the key to releasing it. Yes, the way is to master yourself to believe that the power of God is far more powerful and powerful than the evil spirit and draw closer to God to strengthen our believing faith.

God is as strong as what we believe ourselves, if we believe God is extraordinary, then His strength will be extraordinary.
