The whole series of events has been underway
now entering the core event of tausiyah, the host invited Ustadz Dhiafakhri Ubaidillah to fill the tausiyah in the afternoon.
Host: The Show:
We have entered the core event in the afternoon today, which is the tausiyah that Ustadz Dhiafakhri Ubaidillah will bring to Ustadz.
Dhiafakhri:
Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi Jabarakatuh, previously I expressed an apology from Al-Ustazd Mahsyer because he could not meet the invitation today because there was a busyness that could not be postponed or replaced by others, so he entrusted me to replace him today.
After submitting an apology Dhiafakhri began his tausiyya which discussed the importance of studying, he invited all students to be diligent in studying, because people with knowledge will get privileges. Knowledge is an obligation for every Muslim. As the Prophet Muhammad said:
طَلَبُ الْعِلْمِ فَرِيْضَةٌ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ والمسلمة
It means: "To demand knowledge is obligatory for every Muslim and Muslim."
This hadith is a history of Ibn Majah no. 224, from the friend of Anas bin Malik radhiyallahu'anhu, set aside Al Albani in Shahiih al-Jaami'ish Shaghiir no. 3913 so that this hadith is a shahih hadith.
In addition, learning has some preeminence in Islam, as the word of Allah in the Qur'an Surah Al-Mujadah Verse 11 reads:
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ إِذَا قِيلَ لَكُمْ تَفَسَّحُوا۟ فِى ٱلْمَجَٰلِسِ فَٱفْسَحُوا۟ يَفْسَحِ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمْ ۖ وَإِذَا قِيلَ ٱنشُزُوا۟ فَٱنشُزُوا۟ يَرْفَعِ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ مِنكُمْ وَٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا۟ ٱلْعِلْمَ دَرَجَٰتٍ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا
تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِير
Meaning: O you who believe when it is said to you: "Lighten up in the council" Allah will make room for you. And when it says: "Stand up", then stand up, Allah will exalt those who believe among you and those who are given knowledge of some degree. And Allah is All-Knowing of what you do.
The verse above shows that how noble people who have knowledge so that the degree is the same as those who believe, of course this can be used as motivation to continue to pursue knowledge.
In addition to the Hadith and verse that I have read earlier, in a hadith about the primacy of science in Islam, the Prophet said:
وَمَنْ سَلَكَ طَرِيقًا يَلْتَمِسُ فِيهِ عِلْمًا سَهَّلَ اللَّهُ لَهُ بِهِ طَرِيقًا إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ
It means: "Who goes the way to seek knowledge, Allah will make it easy for him to walk into heaven." (CHR. Muslims, no. 2699)
My sisters, there are so many virtues in studying that we all should not waste time on useless things. Never be satisfied with the knowledge we have now because that satisfaction makes us arrogant and reluctant to seek knowledge.

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi Westarakatuh, My Name Hafiz al-Qarni Students of class XI majoring in TKJ. previously I thanked for the opportunity that has been given to me. As for my question, why is the Prophet Muhammad telling us to study in China, yet we both know that the country of China is far from the word Islam because Islam in China is a minority. Thus my question is Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi Westarakatuh.

Thanks to Hafiz al-Qarni's sister, the question is truly remarkable.
Demand Science to the land of China," so the word of a hadith that though weak in degree, but becomes evidence of the strategic position of China. Why is the country nicknamed the bamboo curtain in the hadith made the target of demanding knowledge?
Apparently, there are a number of strong reasons why China is positioned as a destination country to study. Among them, long before the teachings of Islam were handed down by Allah SWT, the Chinese nation had indeed reached a very high civilization. At that time, the people of the Bamboo Curtain country had mastered various treasures of the wealth of science and civilization. In the world of trade, the Chinese population is known as a very clever society. Therefore, in some countries in the world, the Chinese population also enliven the economy of a country. Guangzhou is the oldest trading center and port in China.
It is undeniable that Muslims also absorb a lot of science and civilization from this country. Some examples, including the science of crucifixion, paper, and gunpowder. The greatness and high civilization of Chinese society was already heard in the Arab country before 500 AD.
By the time the Tang Dynasty came to power, the Chinese were already familiar with paper money. They carried out the circulation or exchange of paper money together with the Roman and Persian empires. In William L. Langer's account, in the 1956 edition of the Encyclopedia of World History, when the seat of government was held by a Muslim, the circulation or circulation of banknotes went well. However, when the center of government is held by non-Muslims, there is a monetary crisis and inflation is rampant.
In its later development, the Chinese community was also able to make paper money. In fact, Marco Polo (1254-1324 AD) when visiting China, astonished to see the progress experienced by China. Marco Polo said that during several visits to different countries, people used gold and silver as a means of payment and exchange of goods, not paper. He then investigated the way it was made.
And, one of the cities known at that time to make paper money in Chinese currency was Khanlik. The bark of the mulberri tree is peeled (the leaves are for the food of silkworms), and from it is taken a fine layer that lies between the rough bark with the trunk of the tree.The smooth layer is soaked, the, then pounded with pestle until it becomes a kind of porridge (pulp). Then, it is made into paper similar to the manufacture of cotton, but black.

The smallest size for the value of half a torniesel, and the next size for the silver groat, the Venetian (Italian) currency. And, next becomes the value of one, two, three to ten gold currencies. Now, in the modern era, China is being rediscovered as one of the world's powers. In fact, in 2017, the country is predicted to become a major economic power in the world.
