Shin Shui and Yun Mei began to surround the city of Siam-Yang. For quite a while the two traveled around and down every corner of the city of Siam-Yang. But nothing caught the attention of the two.
Except a lake in the middle of the city. The lake is quite wide, the water is clear green and calm as well. But even though the lake is spacious and quiet, in fact it is not used by the community to be a tourist spot.
Shin Shui and Yun Mei sat on the outskirts of the lake. At first they did not feel any peculiarity, but seeing that no one dared to approach the lake like him, the two young warriors became a little suspicious.
But they did not think anything, Shin Shui and Yun Mei remained silent on the edge of the lake. Even Yun Mei put her foot into the lake. A while had already passed, Yun Mei suddenly felt something a little strange.
His legs felt like they were pulling like magnets. The beautiful girl raised her feet from the water. And shortly when he had raised his legs, suddenly in the middle of the lake appeared small bubbles with a number of not a few.
"Memei, why do you look like you're panicking?" asked Shin Shui who was aware of Yun Mei's panic.
"I feel something strange about this lake Shushi. I felt like my legs were being pulled by something, and after I pulled my feet, suddenly a bubble popped in the middle of this lake," Yun Mei explained what she was going through.
"Hemmm .. Then we see if something will happen or not" said Shin Shui then looked at where the small bubbles were.
Fifteen minutes had passed, but nothing happened in the lake. Even now the bubble that had been seen was gone.
Shin Shui found nothing, he intended to get out of the lake. But before he left, suddenly the blue youth felt a huge energy emerging from within the lake. But no matter what that energy was, he did not know for sure.
"It looks like your guess is right Memei, we need to find an answer to all of this. I'm sure there must be something behind this strange lake. We have to find the house of the mayor of Siam-Yang" Shin Shui said, suggesting to investigate the lake.
Yun Mei simply nodded in agreement. The young two young warriors then looked for where the mayor's house was, after several times asking finally they could find where the house in question.
Shin Shui and Yun Mei also did not waste any more time directly heading to the house of the mayor of Siam-Yang.
Now the two young warriors have arrived in front of a large enough house. In front of the house were two guards. There's a fortress surrounding the mayor's house. Shin Shui then approached the guard politely.
"Excuse me senior, is this really the house of the mayor of Siam-Yang?" ask Shin Shui.
"Truly, this is his house. What's the need to find a mayor?" the guard asked a little smile.
"If I may, I would like to meet him. There's something I'm going to talk about" Shin Shui replied.
"Alright, let's go inside" the guard said and escorted Shin Shui and Yun Mei in.
After arriving inside, the guard then drove to the living room which turned out to have a man aged about 60 years old working on tasks that accumulate. He is the mayor of Siam-Yang.
"If you may know, who are these young ladies and gentlemen and what needs are there?" ask the mayor kindly.
"Ah, introduce my name Shin Shui and this is Yun Mei. We're here to ask you about a lake in the city center. Perhaps you know about the lake and why it is quieter than the cities I have met in Siam-Yang" Shin Shui said.
"Hemmm .. are you white?" ask the mayor while putting up a probing eye.
"Of course, if we are from the black faction it is impossible for us to come well," Shin Shui replied trying reassuringly.
The mayor just nodded, as if he was weighing in first. After a while, he finally decided to tell a story behind the lake.
According to the mayor, the lake located in downtown Siam-Yang is named Yang-He Lake. Yang-He Lake is famous for its beauty and clear water. But behind all the beauty, Yang-He Lake holds a secret that is unknown to everyone.
Where the lake according to the mayor is inhabited by a creepy demon and likes to prey on the residents of the city of Siam-Yang.
The demon was shaped like a fish but was almost half the size of Yang-He Lake itself. In addition, according to local residents the demon can also turn into a beautiful woman like a goddess, but the heart of the devil.
Indeed, the demon did not prey on the citizens at all times, but rather once every three months. But once it preys, the demon can even consume a quarter of the population of the city of Siam-Yang and ravage the city.
That is why the city of Siam-Yang is more deserted than any other major city.
"Then, has there not been a step taken to kill the demons that often prey on the inhabitants of this Siamese-Yang city?" asked Shin Shui after the mayor finished explaining.
"Hahhh .." The mayor breathed a deep breath. His face depicted sadness and confusion.
"Actually I have tried several times to kill him by bringing in high-level warriors from various places. But unfortunately ... Of the many I brought in warriors, still no one managed to kill the demon," said the mayor.
"Hemmm .. seems interesting. May I try to do as other warriors do?" said Shin Shui.
"You mean young swordsman?" the mayor asked in confusion and did not understand where Shin Shui was going.
"Yes .. are you going to allow me if I want to try to kill the demon" Shin Shui said.
"But what is the purpose of young warriors doing that" asked the mayor of Siam-Yang.

The mayor was stunned again, he was still worried by Shin Shui's words just now. The reason is not impossible if the foreign youth managed to kill the demon, then he will ask for a fee that is certainly not small, right? That's the mayor's current mind.
"Just calm down, I won't ask for any payment. I did this all because of my own heart's desire, and I also want to create peace in my homeland" Shin Shui said, trying to convince the mayor.
"Hemmm .. If you don't ask for any payment, fine. There is nothing I can give to these two young warriors other than a big thank you" said the mayor.
After a long talk, Shin Shui and Yun Mei resigned from the mayor's residence. Shin Shui planned to return to Yang-He Lake later tonight to kill the lake's guardian monsters.
