Physical Exercise I
Shin Shui continued to run around the Deathly Forest. This time he was doing something like this. For him this exercise is worse than hell though.
On the way he found many things that he had not met before. Even the animals here were very strange to him. Shin Shui was still very ordinary, so he had yet to know what the difference between an ordinary beast and a demon was like.
"The forest of death is vast. I think it took me till night to get around this Deathly Forest once." Shin Shui muttered to himself while walking because he felt exhausted.
The heat of the sun so stung the skin, thirst, fatigue, hunger, mixed all. It felt like he wanted to cry because he was already feeling not strong with the training given by Lao Yi.
But when she complained, Shin Shui always remembered her parents who were sadistically killed by the Dark Skull sect.

The sun was already on the western horizon showing a beautiful orange glow, Shin Shui would soon arrive at its original place. While Lao Yi Daritadi was waiting for his student on a large stone while eating fruits.
Lao Yi was able to catch the presence of Shin Shui even though the distance was still about two kilometers from where he lived. Lao Yi called out to Shin Shui using the power within hers.
"Shui'er hurry! Don't be slow like this. You are a man, you must be strong. If you're like this now, how will you be?" Lao Yi spoke up because she felt anxious for Shin Shui.
Shin Shui could hear his teacher's voice, his voice was so close as to be on the edge.
"Well teacher, I will run even faster" Shin Shui muttered.
He ran faster than before, he was unwilling to make his teacher wait any longer. He was worried that he would be punished by her upon returning later.
"It's been a long time since you Shui'er. Surrounding the vast forest is not so long. You lousy guy." Lao Yi welcomed Shin Shui's arrival with her chatter because of Shin Shui for so long.
'This forest is vast, but the teacher said nothing? Oh god, what's with this teacher of mine, Shin Shui's inner self.
"Hehehe .. sorry teacher, I just experienced something like this for the first time," Shin Shui replied with a bitter smile.
"It doesn't need to be discussed. Tomorrow has to be better than now. Tomorrow you have to do all the training methods that the teacher taught you" said Lao Yi.
"Good teacher, will the students try," Shin Shui replied.
"If you have completed everything, the teacher will teach you the practice of inner strength. Starting from how to form internal energy, process, to release it into a deadly energy," explained Lao Yi.
"Now eat these fruits so that your body is refreshed" said Lao Yi while giving some rather strange fruits to Shin Shui's eyes.
Shin Shui did not ask Lao Yi much, he just ate the fruits provided by his teacher. After a while later, Shin Shui felt himself becoming as refreshed as ever.
All his fatigue was gone after eating those fruits. But he felt something was wrong.
"Emmm ... Teacher, why is my body getting hot like this?" asked Shin Shui puzzled to find his body burning from the inside.
"Hahahaha ..it's because you ate too much Shui'er fruit. The fruits that I give you are a rare resource. Now try meditating on that rock. Empty yourself and if any energy enters your body don't fight it" Lao Yi explained.
"Good teacher" Shin Shui replied.
Shin Shui directly did the meditation according to the instructions of his teacher. The night was so calm accompanied by a bright moon shining they passed both. Shin Shui meditated all night, while Lao Yi kept him from being distracted by demons.
