Physical Exercise II
The morning sun showed its light. The birds began to sing in the forest cheerfully. Splashing waterfall in the river near the forest adds to the atmosphere of more calm and peaceful.
Right at that moment, Shin Shui opened both of his eyes. He just finished his meditation. He meditated last night, while his teacher was still asleep.

"Teacher's up?" shin Shui asked Lao Yi.

"Good Shui'er. How about, do you want to practice again and continue to be my student or stop here after you find out how hard I trained you?" ask Lao Yi
"I will continue to practice and remain a devoted disciple of the teacher. I'm sure what the teacher taught me was the best for me" Shin Shui replied with respect to Lao Yi.
After getting the order from her teacher, Shin Shui immediately immediately prepared to start the practice.
"Good teacher. The disciple will immediately do the rehearsal again," Shin Shui replied.
He started running back to surround the Deathly Forest, Shin Shui was running faster than yesterday. Now he felt his body become healthier and stronger than before.
