Devian has gone to a meeting, while Carissa is now in the room of her best friend, Aninda.
The two women hugged each other to let go of her longing. How not, in the past when they were in college they always went everywhere both every day. Now that they are getting older and the busyness is starting to grow, they rarely hang out together. Especially since Carissa got married and Aninda who also had a lover they almost did not have time to meet. It's just a video call if they miss each other.
"Rissa, I miss you very much" said Aninda, who was surprised by Carissa's arrival but also very happy.
"I miss my best friend too." Carissa replied.
"Sit. Tumben once you came here." said Aninda.
"It seems that my arrival was not expected. I'd better just go home." said Carissa teasing Aninda.
"Eh, no. It's not so, Rissa. I really wish we could go out together again. Just tumben you want to come to this company." said Aninda panicked immediately provoked Carissa laughter.
"Yes, my boutique is about to open. Besides, I haven't teased my best friend for a long time" Carissa said, making Aninda put her lips together.
"How are you preparing for your wedding, Nin?" ask Carissa.
"Allah is ready. I'm so nervous, Ris. Even now I am also very unfortunate if I meet with Alex." replied Aninda.
"That's natural, Nin. Marriage is something that all couples look forward to. But you're sure, right?" tanya Carissa made Aninda pensive.
"Hey? Why silent? You're not thinking about canceling this wedding, are you?" ask Carissa again when Aninda doesn't answer her question.
"Just not you, Ris. I might cancel it. It was the thing I dreamed of marrying Alex." Aninda grumbled as she gently slapped her best friend's shoulder.
"Thank God then." said Aninda chuckling.
"There's only one thing I'm afraid of." Aninda's face suddenly changed.
"What's that?" ask Carissa who directly looked at her best friend.
"I'm afraid I can't be a good wife to Alex" Aninda replied.
"You love him, don't you?" asked Carissa who immediately answered the nod of Aninda's head.
"Then does Alex love you?" ask Carissa again who also answered the nod of Aninda's head.
"If you love each other then there's nothing you need to fear, Nin. No one is perfect, there are flaws. We don't get married to compete who's better, do we?"
Carissa's words instantly made Aninda realize. There is nothing to worry about if we spend our lives with people who love each other.
"His marriage made my best friend wiser" Aninda chuckled Carissa.
"When do I want to deliver? I don't want you to ask me to drop her off on Day H." asked Carissa.
"Haish you are. I just praised you. Let me take it 2 days before the event." replied Aninda.
"Haha good." said Carissa and the two laughed.
As the two of them were engrossed in a joke suddenly Saras came.
"Just....!!!" call Saras hysterically and then run to hug his best friend.
Carissa and Aninda were surprised by Saras' arrival but the three ended up laughing together.
"When are you here? Why didn't you tell me? Don't you want to be friends with me anymore?" ask Saras.
Aninda laughed when she heard Saras who was being chatty.
"I just came. I was in your room anyway, you weren't there. So I'll just come here." Aninda replied.
"Huh really? Surely I was still in the cafeteria." said Saras then let go of his embrace then pulled up a chair and sat down beside Carissa.
"Are you not in a job?" ask Carissa.
"There is. But let it be, I'll continue. I miss my best friend very much." answered Saras.
"Are you missing me too?" ask Aninda.
Carissa only laughed at the quarrel between her two best friends.
The trio of women joked with each other, telling stories of their daily lives and even their romantic relationships until finally the soul of single Saras was thrashed. How not, Carissa is married and Aninda will soon also release her bachelor while she is still a jomblowati.
"That's it. If you get into the problem of love, I'd better be a listener" Saras said.
"Hey, don't be. Aren't you close to Mr HRD?" aninda's question made Saras round his eyes.
"Near his darkness. How could I possibly be with that cold man." answered Saras.
"If it's not wrong, I've seen you in a car with him." said Aninda made Saras immediately lowered his head.
"I-it's just a coincidence" Saras said nervously.
Carissa and Aninda threw eyes at each other and blinked.
"Oh just a coincidence?" saras asked again to tease Saras, whose face had turned red.
"That's the truth." answered Saras again.
"Yes yes. Don't be so nervous. Aninda was just asking" said Carissa added to make Saras more and more hide his face.
"Stop flirting with me!" saras shouted, Carissa and Aninda were surprised and both laughed.
"It looks like something is hidden by our best friend" said Aninda.
"Hisssha.. You're these. Well I'll tell you the story." said Saras who was cornered because in the interrogation of his two best friends.
Saras began to tell the story of the initial incident they met with the gods and then continued until when he was driven home and invited to dinner.
"But that's all. He was still a flat-faced, cold-faced man. I'm still scared to meet him" Saras said honestly.
"But he's actually a good guy, right?" ask Carissa.
"Hem, it seems so. He saved me anyway." answered Saras.
"Hearing your story might just be God's getting interested in you" Aninda said instantly making Saras' heart beat fast.
"Could that guy be interested in me? Actually he's very handsome." - Inner Saras.
Seeing Saras who daydreamed and smiled, Carissa understood what her best friend was going through.
"It seems you are also interested in Mr Dewa?" tanya Carissa was cornering Saras.
"It's impossible." answered Saras nervously, his face immediately flushed like a tomato.
"alright. You know your heart" said Carissa, making Saras even more unhinged.
"I have been too. At least if you hate someone, don't overdo it. It could be that you've turned to her" Carissa said.
"I think he's a good guy anyway. Just live with who knows he is your soul mate." added Carissa again.
"Eitherway. True you said I better just go. But I'm really still scared to meet him" Saras said.
"We only met and talked a few times. Do not know in the future how." added Saras again.
"Jas. At least there's a man who wants to get close to you." Aninda made Saras look him in the eye.
"Do you really think I'm not selling?" asked Saras who answered Carissa and Aninda's head nods simultaneously.
"Ah shit! Good thing you are my friends." said Saras.
The three women laughed at once. Laughter filled the room.
That is how beautiful friendship is.
