After arriving home and cleaning up, Carissa and Devian immediately headed to her parents' house.

It did not take long, they arrived and were welcomed warmly by Adhitama's father and Mother Tamara.

"My dear daughter, Mother misses you very much" said Mother Tamara who immediately hugged Carissa.

"Rissa also misses Mother. Are you healthy, Mom and Dad?" asked Carissa to return her warm embrace.

"of course. Our vacation was very fun." replied Mother Tamara.

"Have a hug later. Let's take your son-in-law and sit down." said Adhitama's father.

"Look, why doesn't anyone welcome me here?" devian's protest made them all laugh.

After being satisfied to let go of longing, they did dinner together.

"How are the holidays for Mom and Dad?" ask Devian.

"Of course it's fun. We parents need a vacation to calm the mind." replied Mother Tamara enthusiastically.

"You newlyweds when's your honeymoon?" ask Adhitama's father to make Devian choke.

"Slow down the food." said Carissa as she offered Devian a glass of water.

"You haven't forgotten that important thing, have you?" ask Adhitama's father again to make Carissa and Devian look at each other.

"Dad just calm down, Dev has everything set up" replied Carissa lying.

"L-yes Father, Dev has everything ready. It's just not anytime soon." said Devian felt guilty with his wife because he really forgot about it.

"Yes, Dad.. Lately Rissa has been busy with boutiques as well." added Carissa again.

"Oh yes.. How's the preparation, son?" ask Adhitama's Dad.

"Alhamdulillah.. Next week is ready to open, Dad." replied Carissa smiling.

"Wow, Mother's daughter-in-law is cool." praise Mother Tamara while giving her two thumbs up.

"Mother can't wait to play at your boutique, dear." said Mother Tamara enthusiastically.

"Tomorrow Rissa's going to the boutique a little afternoon, Bun. If Mommy wants to visit let Rissa stop by here first." take Carissa.

"No need, dear. Tomorrow let Mother and Father go straight there." said Mother Tamara made Father Adhitama frown.

"Well, Dad?" ask Mother Tamara with a pushy look.

"Hem, fine." replied Adhitama's father resignedly inviting a small laugh at the dinner table.

"Dad hope son-in-law's business is successful and smooth yes. If anything is needed, you can ask for help from Daddy and Mommy." said Adhitama's father.

"Thank you very much, Mother's Father." said Carissa by showing her beautiful smile.

After dinner, the two women tidy up the tableware that had been used to the kitchen leaving the two men who were having a look at each other.

Adhitama's father approached Devian with a cold look.

"Dad knows, you must have forgotten your honeymoon with your wife, right?" ask Daddy Adhitama intimidating.

"L-yes Father, Dev completely forgot." replied Devian lowering his head.

"Basic stupid! How careless of you, Dev. It's a good thing your wife didn't protest" Adhitama's father said, hitting her son's shoulder.

"Ma-maf Daddy. Dev completely forgot, let alone Dev and Rissa were both busy right." said Devian while holding his shoulder that hurt.

"Dad knows you're busy, but a honeymoon is important too. I can't wait to hold my grandchild" Adhitama's father said, making Devian grimace.

"Dev and Rissa just got married, Dad. Dev also wants to enjoy the courtship time together first." elak Devian, Adhitama's father breathed a rough breath.

"Dad, Dev has it ready. I don't have to worry." said Devian.

"Good then. Don't let me fire you from the CEO position for forgetting your happy time with your wife" Adhitama's father threatened.

"Dad! If I'm no longer CEO how can I support my wife." Devian protested.

"Yes up to you. Your wife alone can open her own business." said Adhitama's father made Devian aware.

"Your wife is an independent woman. Don't let you disappoint him. He's used to standing on his own feet, so you have to be good at loving and taking care of him" Adhitama's father advised his son.

"Father's right. Dev is lucky to have a wife like Carissa. Dev will try his best." said Devian to make Adhitama's father breathe a sigh of relief.

"Father thankfully, you can find the right woman to be by your side. Don't let you hurt him and lose a pearl like that." Father Adhitama's inner.

After finishing dinner and talking, Devian and Carissa say goodbye to go home.

The next day before heading to the boutique, Carissa stopped by a supermarket to buy daily necessities. Devian has already left for the company.

"Today's a lot of shopping." murmured Carissa who was pushing a trolley.

After being satisfied with shopping and paying for it, Carissa rushed out to wait for a taxi.

"Aaw.." ringis Carissa as her body hit someone made her groceries fall apart.

"Ah.. Miss forgive me, I was in a hurry so I didn't see Miss." said a man who immediately helped Carissa stand up and tidy up her shopping.

"It's okay. I'm also not careful" Carissa said.

"Is Miss hurt?" ask the man.

"I'm fine." replied Carissa without looking at the man's face and was busy packing her groceries.

"This is your thing, miss." said the man, handing over a bag of Carissa's groceries.

"Thank you." said Carissa as she frowned at the face of the man before her.

"Why do I feel familiar with her face." Inner Carissa.

"See you, Miss. We'll see each other again." said the man, saying goodbye to Carissa.

"His words were exactly like that mysterious man." Carissa's inner self then turned her back but found no whereabouts of the man anymore.

"Ah shit! Who was that man, what did that say mean!" carissa Gerrilla.

"But his face was not foreign to me. Could I know him? Who the hell is that guy? Don't you think he's got bad intentions?" all sorts of questions popped into Carissa's mind.

Not long after, the taxi stopped in front of him. Carissa went up and drove to her boutique.

Not far from there, there was a man watching Carissa from behind a tree.

"Rissa, don't push yourself. Slowly, we'll meet again and gradually you'll recognize me." said the man with a strange smile on his face.

"I also want to play with your husband first. Let's see how great he is." Then leave the place to his luxury car parked not far from his position.
