"Dev, why use a private plane anyway? Waste of money." Carissa protested.

Devian and Carissa are on their way to their honeymoon.

"Darling, are you still thinking about money? It turns out I just found out that my wife loves to skimp" said Devian.

It takes 2 hours to get to Devian and Carissa. After that they had to board a ship to go to an island that became their first destination.

"The journey is quite tiring but it pays off with this beautiful scenery" said Carissa.

"My husband is also handsome." Carissa replied then the two chuckled together.

Devian and Carissa stayed at a luxurious villa on the island. Both until the afternoon.

"One-way. We can enjoy the sunset on the first day." said Devian enthusiastically.

"Yes, but I'm hungry. Can we eat first?" ask Carissa.

"Don't you stop chewing on the road?" ask Devian in wonder.

"Yes, but I don't know why I'm still hungry" Carissa replied honestly.

"alright. I'll have the chef here prepare a meal for you." said Devian softly.

"Dev was right too. Though during the aircraft I have eaten, on the ship also so. Is it because I'm pregnant? Well it seems like my weight will quickly increase in the near future." Carissa murmured.

"Let's take a break. You must be very tired." take Devian who is taken by Carissa's head.

"Dev, you must be wasting money again, right?" carissa asked full of probes when she saw the very luxurious villa building as well as the main room they would occupy.

"No, Honey. Once I find out that you like this place, then I buy it in your name. So we can come over here whenever you want." Devian replied to Carissa's surprise.

"Jeez, Dev. How much money do you actually have? Don't tell me you paid the island too?" ask Carissa not to believe it.

"Include the island, dear. Think of it as a wedding present for you." replied Devian casually.

"You're really crazy, Dev." said Carissa.

"I work and raise money if it's not for you and our son and then for whom else?" said Devian.

"You're right. But there is no need to buy an island like this. You can use that money for business instead of wasting money like this." Carissa protested.

"Whose word am I wasting money on, baby? This island can also be used as a business. I've hired some people to manage these islands and villas. So all the profits will go straight into your account" said Devian making Carissa stunned.

"Hey.. Don't make me such a useless husband, honey. I know you're an independent woman, but as your husband I want to give my best to make you happy. Am I wrong?" said Devian flicking Carissa's tiny nose.

"alright. I appreciate and accept all my husband's efforts to make me happy. But next time please discuss it with me. I don't need any fancy gifts. As long as you always support and love me, that's enough for me" Carissa said, making Devian smile.

"OK okay. I will obey my wife's request. But you can't refuse anything I give you, can you?" said Devian.

30 Minutes later a young man knocked on the door, carrying some seafood.

"After this my wife and I will be rolling around the beach. Please prepare." Devian said.

"Okay sir." said the man then hurried to carry out his duties.

"It looks so delicious" said Carissa who was impatient to eat food in front of him.

"Yes, I chose the chef with the greatest cooking ability. But remember you can't eat too much seafood, you're pregnant" Devian said.

"Okay, my husband." said Carissa after that immediately took the sweet sour crab that had been presented before him.

"Slowly. I didn't ask for it." Devian said as he watched Carissa eat so voraciously.

"It's delicious" Carissa said with sparkling eyes.

Devian smiled smugly watching his wife eat voraciously.

"I will always try to make you happy, my wife. I want to keep seeing that smile of yours." Devian's determination was deep.

"You're not eating?" carissa asked to see that Devian had not touched the food at all.

"I'm just waiting for you. I'm afraid that you'll cut your share." replied Devian.

"You think I'm that greedy. Come eat, he said after this want to go around enjoying the sunset? You also have to fill your strength." said Carissa with her mouth full.

"You underestimated your husband? It's not food that fills my energy but you." whispered Devian in a seductive tone.

"Dev!" peeked Carissa whose face immediately flushed red.

"Devs.. Stop." Carissa protested.

"I won't tease you anymore. Let's eat after that we go around" said Devian not want his wife upset.

"It's better that way." said Carissa continuing her meal.

"My wife is really adorable. I just want to keep it at home. Seeing his timid reaction made me want to eat it." - Devian with a grinning smile.

"What's with your expression? What are you thinking?" carissa asked to find Devian's strange expression.

"Wow, my wife is great. Looks like you can guess what I'm thinking, right?" devian said with a wink of his eyes.

"God since when did he have such flirtatious nature?" ask Carissa in your heart.
