Arick's Regret

The lavish reception held for Arick and Calista's wedding was lively and well underway.

All the prayers and wishes of the extended family of both parties and the invited guests were sincerely guaranteed by Calista, but were ignorant of Arick. What is clear, the man was cool to condemn the stupidity of his sister Arend who wasted the opportunity to be with his girlfriend.

"Basic moron!" he swore in his heart.

The two men who had just become husband and wife were now in the bridal room at the hotel where they held the reception. Arick thoughtlessly threw his body on the bed just like that, no matter, the wedding bed was beautifully decorated, destroyed or not. Meanwhile, Calista immediately sat in front of the mirror to remove all the embellishments on her head and clean the makeup on her face.

A silent atmosphere occurred between the two of them, as no one opened their voices.

"Why is this like this anyway? we feel like enemies, right?" Calista sat in his heart, with eyes occasionally glancing at Arick lying on the bed with his feet still on the floor. I don't know what's on that guy's mind right now.

After finishing her face and hair, Calista stood up and stared at the loyal Arick with eyes glaring up at the ceiling of the room.

Calista, approach Arick with a slight hesitation, though,

"Sister, may I ask you a favor?" calista lirih.

"Emm," said Arick, brief and glancing at him with the tail of his eyes.

"A-I'm going to take a shower, can you please open the zipper for Lista's dress? my hands did not reach back," Calista's voice sounded trembling.

Arick got up and sat down and looked directly at Calista who directly lowered his head while biting his lips.

"Here!" as usual Arick spoke briefly and flatly.

With trembling legs, Calista turned her back, Arick her husband.

Arick painstakingly swallowed his saliva the moment he saw Calista's smooth back. But he tried to resist his desire to kiss Calista's back which was actually legitimate, he did.

"It's over!" chirp Arick that makes Calista squealed in shock, because the woman had daydreamed and felt tense, when the man's hand began to touch the zipper of his dress earlier.

"Thank you, brother!" Calista quickly stepped straight into the bathroom, leaving Arick who immediately threw his body back onto the bed while stroking his chest and repeatedly exhaling. Wh-wh-what for? to neutralize the desire that had approached his brain.

Arick got up and sat back down when he heard his phone ringing. Which of the sounds can be ascertained if it is the sound of incoming messages.

His eyes widened when he saw the name of Arend who was sending a message to him. Arick rushes to open his twin brother's message.

"Happy wedding my best brother. May happiness always and last until death comes to pick you up. If death has come to pick you up, I will gladly take your place" said Arend's message, ending in an emoticon, with tears in my eyes.

"Suck!" arick in the Heart. Then she called her twin sister and moved to the balcony of the hotel room.

"Hey moron, you again doain me or curse me to die quickly?" snapped Arick when Arend's voice greeted him .

"Where areyou? now home! I'm gonna get mad!" reply Arick again.

"Uhh, fear! honestly, Rick. I was afraid to go home. Afraid to shut up with you."

"The arend! I know this is all your plan! why are you doing all this, huh? don't you love Calista?"

I heard a heavy breath from there.

"Because I know that love doesn't have to have, Rick. I would be the most selfish person if I forced myself to marry him. Because what? because there is no name at all, in his heart. There is only your name" replied Arend, softly.

"But as time goes by, he will definitely love you, Rend. Why are you so desperate? said Arick, annoyed.

"I'm sure not! he won't be able to love me. Because of the evidence all along, I've always been there for her, from childhood to adulthood, but she can't fall for me at all, Rick. He was born for you, not for me. Remember that! when he was born, Om Calvin asked you, not to be his son-in-law, and you answered yes?So as a real man you have to take responsibility for what you do."

"Hey, you're the logical dong when you talk. I agree because I don't know what a daughter-in-law is yet. Don't you make it to corner me! arick said, annoyed and responded with a ruckus from the other end.

"You're saying that love can't be forced and shouldn't have, isn't what you're doing now selfish? how can you let the woman you love, marry the man who does not love her. Do you think he would be happy in such a situation? I really don't understand your way of thinking" Arick said

"Rick, I know you. Why would I give it up for you, because I'm sure that you won't hurt her, even if you say you don't love her. You know, without you knowing, I heard all of your talk when my mom and dad persuaded you to take my place. Had you not consented to marry Calista, and let Kama take her place, I would have appeared . I don't want her with Kama, I'd rather she be with you,"

Arick's eyes grew perfectly. His frustration grew even more upon hearing the confession from Arend's mouth. If Arend was in front of him, it was certain that one punch would float into his sister's face.

"You're really crazy, Rend. I swear! why can't anyone know that you're still at the wedding? if I were you still in place, I would rather refuse, so that you would show up. Now I don't want to know, you have to go home and we'll finish our business tomorrow at home." Arick said.

"Sorry, I can't. If you want to be angry, please, I don't care. Now I want to be alone first, to calm down. I'll be home once I can get myself to act normal in front of you two," Arick said, convinced that his sister was trying to stop herself from crying.

"Until when, Rend? aren't you gonna miss me? all this time we have always been together, although I do not deny that we often fight, because I always ignore Calista. But__"

"Stop, don't go on anymore! no matter how you sing me, I'm not going home. I hung up the phone, said my apology to Calista. Again, may you both be happy. Remember, make the nieces funny to me, bye!" Arend interrupted Arick's remark and immediately raided without pause, then he immediately decided on the call unilaterally.

"Hey, Arend! I'm not done talking, bego!" yelled Arick, annoyed.

"Haish, really looking to die. Matiin the phone didn't say anything!" Arick grumbled, as he stepped in to get back into the room.

As soon as he entered the room, his eyes immediately flashed with Calista's eyes. For a while they stared at each other, before Calista finally gave up and directly lowered her head.
