THE LOVE STORY OF NARA

THE LOVE STORY OF NARA
CHAPTER 68 - Playing Fire

Nara walked towards her house. Carrying a package of groceries from the mini market.

Nara walked in not too fast footsteps. He felt someone following him from behind. And Nara was still trying to calm down and did not want to look back.

It could be Adam who followed him. He did not want to talk to the man again.

Nara reached home and immediately entered, also closing the door quickly. Slow down from behind the curtains, peeking at who was following him.

Turns right. Nara saw the figure of Adam standing in front of her house. Know what he's doing in front of people's houses.

'He wants what the hell? I also forgot and let it go!' Nara. What a dream she had last night, until suddenly met her ex-husband, who asked her to get back together.

Adam is selfish. It was so easy that the man said he wanted to come back. Did Adam not think about how he felt?

Adam was still standing looking at Nara's house. Memories of when he escorted Nara during the courtship era, suddenly filled his mind.

"Mas, let's go in first." Nara said as she took off her helmet. Adam drove up to the porch of his house.

"I just went home, got wet too. Say hello to Father and Mother."

Nara nodded in understanding. It rained heavily. Even though they wear a wet coat too.

Nara wiped Adam's wet face from the rain with her handkerchief.

"Be careful, my friend. Till the house later take a warm bath the same warm drink." Nara's message, her hand also greeted Adam.

"Good, baby. I'll go home first." Adam smiled happily.

"Be careful on the road, Mas. Don't drive around with the bike." Nara kept reminding me. It's raining like this, the road is pretty slippery. He didn't want Adam on the road.

Adam smiled faintly recalling those memories. He walked back to the mini market. He had followed Nara on foot and parked his car in front of the mini market.

Adam has arrived home. He saw the house worker who was still in his house.

"Mom, haven't come home yet?" Ask Adam.

"I'm waiting for Miss Yola." Answer the mother.

"Why?" Ask Adam to come back. Usually the house worker will leave after the work is done. Has Yola not paid this mother's salary yet?

"I was told to take care of Mario while Bu Yola was away. This is why the tumben has not come home." Said the Mother. Usually he just keep Mario until 4 pm only.

"I mean mother?" Adam wanted to know.

"So Yola always goes out of the house after I leave and leaves Mario with mom?" Ask Adam to make sure he comes back. The mother said after she left, Yola also came out of the house. And Yola will be home before she gets home from the office.

Adam confused. Why didn't Yola tell him? All this time, all he knew was Yola was at home with Mario. But it turns out, it's been a month for a housewife to look after Mario, when Yola leaves.

What is that woman doing outside?

Does Yola work?

"Yes, mom just go home. Mario let me be with me." Adam asked the mother to come home. It's also night.

"But, Sir. Ms. Yola..."

"It's okay. Mom just go home. I'll book a taxi for a while." Adam grabbed his phone.

"No need, sir. My son's already on the road going to pick me up."

Adam kept his phone. He did not order a taxi.

"Mario's eating, Mom?" Ask Adam to come back.

"Already, sir."

"Stop here." Yola said asking to pull over not far from her house.

"Till tomorrow again." Say the man who drives.

"Be careful on the road. I'm going in first." Pamit Yola while pecking at the man's cheek.

Yola walked towards her house. He saw Adam's car parked on the porch.

'What reason do you make?' Yola thought of a reasonable reason.

When she entered the house, Yola did not see anyone in the living room. Adam must be in the room.

Yola went to the bathroom to clean up. After a whole day outside the house.

The sound of the bathroom door. Adam opened his eyes. He hasn't slept.

Adam's gaze toward the voice of the cell phone. Adam grabs Yola's bag and picks up the phone.

Adam held a rumble in his heart, upon seeing the contents of the message from the notification.

My Number: Thank you for today 😘

The man was digesting the situation. I mean my number is the phone's owner's number, right. Why would Yola send such a message to herself?

Adam wanted to know and opened the phone. But, the woman's phone was full of security.

'Is he playing with fire?'

Yola came out of the bathroom with a fresh face. But, he was shocked when he saw Adam sitting on the edge of the bed.

"Is Adam awake?" Tanya Yola tried to be relaxed.

"Where are you from?" Ask Adam with a sharp look.

"I went out for a while with a friend." The reason Yola told me.

"Every day?" Adam looked up his eyes. This woman dared to lie to him.

"What do you mean, Mom?" Yola's face was a little pale. Does Adam know if he's out every day?

"Where did you go after I left for the office? You also leave Mario and not keep him at home. Where are you going?" Adam said a little loudly.

'Basic bucket mouth. It must be the old man who told me!' Yola murmured inwardly about her home worker.

"I'm bored at home. Every day I'm just at home taking care of the kids. I'm bored, Mas. I also need refreshing once." Yola answered firmly.

"Are you refreshing every day? Tell Yola where are you going?" Adam was getting upset. Yola thought what she was doing was right.

"Why are you always yelling at me, Mom." Yola snapped back.

"Where are you going?" Adam lowered his tone. He'll be soft.

"I'm just hanging out with my friends."

"Open your phone!" Pinta Adam thrusts Yola's phone. He wanted to know what Yola was hiding from him. Who owns my contact number.

"What the hell, Mas? It's the night I want to ti-"

"I said open Yola. Why are you so hard on me?" Adam again yelled at Yola who was increasingly provoking his emotions.

'Campus!!!' Yola panicked. He has not deleted the message on the phone. If Adam read it, there would be a world war going on.

"What do you want to see on my phone, Mom?"

"All!" Adam with a sharp look.

"Already, Mas. There's nothing here." Yola persuaded the man. "Do I want to make tea?"

Adam smiled cynically. Yola never wanted to make him tea and now suddenly Yola took the initiative. The man was more and more convinced that there was something Yola hid from him.

"Open your phone." Adam's Pinta.

"This one's already night. Come on, we're sleeping"

Adam grabs Yola's phone back and Yola tries to snatch it. But Adam took it sooner.

My number: I miss you

"What is this, Yola? Are you having an affair???"
