The Love Story of the Doctor
Examining Patients

In the morning, as usual, Abi is on duty, following a senior doctor to check the patient.

" This patient how is he doing ? ask Dr Reyhan ?".

" Ateriovenous ultrasound has been performed on him sir, but there is no abnormal sir. So we don't know where the blood clots are coming from. Abi replied, after all the doctors were silent."

" Is it possible to lack vprotein C?" Reyhan said.

" It does not match the pack with abnormal seizure symptoms" Abi said .

" The patient continues to take clomiphene, " says Bams .

Clomifene, also known as clomiphene, is a medication used to treat infertility in non-ovulating women, including those with polycystic ovary syndrome. Use the results in greater chances for twins.Β

" Yes right Bams, she used the drug to induce ovulation in order to get pregnant".

" It could be a clomiphene overdose" Reyhan's senior doctor said.

" Yes, sir, increase the risk of endometrial cancer".

Endometrial cancer is cancer that attacks the lining in the inside of the uterus.Β This condition generally occurs in women who have entered menopause, which is the age of about 60–70 years.

The endometrial lining acts as a place to attach to the fertilized egg. Therefore, the walls of the endometrium will thicken before menstruation. If the egg is not fertilized, the endometrium will decay so that menstruation occurs.

" True Bi, endometrial cancer can cause blood clots, "said Reyhan's senior doctor.

" Prepare transfaginal USG to detect all risks, you Abi and Bams check the patient.I will supervise, "said senior doctor Reyhan.

" Good sir, " said Abi and bams together.

" There was no harm from the results of his USG sir," said Abi.

" Right Bi."

" Seeing from the USG results, there are no visible signs of cancer sir".

" Right," said Reyhan paying attention to the USG.

" Do an endometrial biopsy, order the lab section, "said Reyhan's senior doctor.

" The results of his ultrasound, his intestinal tract widened the dock, look at this section," said Bams.

" Right Bams."

" You're Son, Deby, Leonard, what's just silence? you're active, in order to thrive" said Reyhan's senior doctor.

" There may be progressive bleeding in Bi's abdominal cavity, try a check, " said senior doctor Reyhan.

" The patient has a history of dock atrial fibrillation" Abigail said.

Atrial fibrillation is an irregular and often fast heart rate that generally causes blood flow to be non-fluent.

The upper chambers of the heart (atria) do not work together with the lower chambers (ventricles).

Atrial fibrillation or atrial fibrillation (AF) is a heart rhythm disorder characterized by an irregular and rapid heart rate. Patients with atrial fibrillation can feel symptoms of weakness, palpitations, and shortness of breath.

A normal heart rate ranges from 60–100 times per minute with a regular rhythm. In patients with atrial fibrillation, the heart rhythm becomes irregular and can be more than 100 times per minute.

Atrial fibrillation is a type of arrhythmia or heart rhythm disorder. The symptoms can be gone, long-lasting, or even permanent. If left unchecked, atrial fibrillation can lead to heart failure and stroke.

Atrial Fibrillation (AF)

Atrial fibrillation (AF) occurs due to disruption of electrical signals in the heart muscle. As a result, the heart rate becomes abnormal so that it does not pump blood optimally throughout the body.

* Caffeinated or alcoholic beverage consumption

* Consumption of cold cough medicines

* Smoking habits

* High blood pressure

* Coronary heart disease

* Congenital heart disease

* Heart valve abnormalities

* Heart attack

* Hyperthyroidism

* Virus infection

* Sleep apnea

* Metabolic disorders

* Lung disease

In addition to some of the factors above, there are other conditions that can increase a person's risk of developing AF, namely:

* Advanced age

* Suffering from obesity or excess weight

* Having a family who also has atrial fibrillation

Symptoms of Atrial Fibrillation (AF)

Atrial fibrillation can cause symptoms of fatigue or not even cause any symptoms. As a result, this condition is often not realized by the sufferer. However, if the heart rate is too fast, people with AF can experience the following symptoms:

* Limp

* Dizziness

* Heart palpitations

* Chest pain

* Breathlessness

AF can take place occasionally in minutes to hours, or occur repeatedly over the course of a week. AF symptoms can still go away, either on their own or with medication.

However, atrial fibrillation can also occur continuously for more than 1 year or even permanently. This condition requires long-term treatment to prevent stroke and heart failure.
