Chapter 25 Offer

One week later.

Kia had recovered from his injuries, he was able to move as usual. His office friends are so happy to see him enter work again, especially Sisil best friend who every home office always took the time to visit him. Roki is also very considerate of her, but the incident with Reno still traumatized her, Kia rejects Roki subtly. But it turns out he is a man who never gives up and still always cares about Kia.

Today Kia and Asha as usual are leaving for work, Ms. Aida is busy serving buyers with an employee. Suddenly the courier came to deliver a package that seemed like paper because it was very thin packaging.

"Aren't Ms Aida Anindya's house?" ask courier.

"Oh yeah, that's my mom serving the buyer. I'm her daughter" replied Asha taking the package from the courier.

Once in the photo as evidence has been received, the courier rushes away. Asha saw the name of the sender, Harry Prakoso it means from his father. Asha and her sister looked up, they immediately opened it. Aida's mother who saw her daughter's expression as if agitated was approaching immediately.

"What's wrong? Who sent it?" ask their mother.

"Dad," Kia replied as she continued to watch Asha open it.

His third eye was rounded, but Aida then chose to enter the house. They know her mother must be sad, just 3 days ago they officially divorced now her father would actually marry her affair. I don't think they can believe they got this invitation.

"Patiently, don't think of them again. Instead they send this invitation to make us sad, so do not let them succeed with their goals" Asha comforted.

"Yes Mother, we are always there for Mother. I was really disappointed in my father, instead of finding out where we were and apologizing he was going to marry that woman. If you don't remember his kindness, I want it to feel like I stabbed you" said Kia.

"Thank you, my dear daughter, you just didn't expect it to be this fast. Mommy just needs time to get used to it, your presence is the encouragement of Mommy," Aida ma hugged her two daughters with a feeling of haru.

Her father's marriage is just a few days away, Kia and Asha are thinking about something but the presence of her parents makes them delay talking about it. After his mother had looked calm, they immediately said goodbye to go to work.

Asha immediately drove his motorbike through the crowded streets with people who were also leaving for work and school children, the sound of a continuous ringing of the phone made him not too focused. He decided to stop by the side of the road to receive a call, but a car ran into him from behind. Luckily, both of them drove the vehicle equally slowly, so they did not fall and get injured.

Asha, who felt guilty for being less careful, immediately came down to the car and intended to apologize. He took off his helmet and his glasses. Tapping on the car window, an adult man aged about 40 years and over looked at him without blinking, while next to him sat a woman who was most likely his wife.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean it. Is something broken?" asha asked making the man flinch from her daydream.

The man smiled, he got down and saw the condition of his car.

"It's okay, just relax. I'm also guilty, I lacked focus" he replied kindly.

In a hurry, Asha gave her business card.

"I'm sorry I'm in a hurry, if there is anything that needs to be fixed can contact me," Asha said while giving her business card.

After saying goodbye, Asha drove back her vehicle. He decided to go straight to the office after finding out who contacted him earlier was Jimmy. 20 minutes later he reached the office.

"It's so hard to call, Asha," said Jimmy.

"Sorry Bang, I was on the road. When I want to pick up the phone and pull over even in the car from behind," replied Asha honestly.

"But you're okay?"

"I'm fine with me, good luck both slowly,"

After finding out Asha was unharmed Jimmy immediately told Asha to prepare. Their event today is solid so it must be completed immediately.

All the crew and models take breaks to eat and just straighten their backs. Asha is seen receiving a call from Samantha's mother, although they are far away but still often communicate. Samantha's mother actually wanted Asha to accompany her to take care of her business overseas but she rejected it subtly, she couldn't possibly leave her mother and sister here.

"Asha, come here" call Jimmy.

Asha immediately ends her conversation on the phone and approaches Jimmy.

"What's up, Bang?" tanyakanya.

Jimmy smiled meaningfully, leaving Asha a little confused.

"What is the devil's threshold, asked instead of answering precisely his own smiles," said Asha.

"I'm just happy for you, there's good news I want to tell you" Jimmy replied.

"Good news for me, what Bang?" tanyanya.

"Take a guess,"

"Use guessing everything, give it up,"

Jimmy laughed at Asha's adorable behavior.

"There's a producer who offered you a movie,"

Jimmy told him enthusiastically, his eyes sparkling.

"What's? I can't Bang, I've been under contract for a year by Samantha's company" Asha said calmly.

"I think he'll allow it as long as it doesn't interfere with the photo shoot. You guys are on good terms, just try to talk about it, "Jimmy replied.

"No need Bang, I better focus on my career as a model. I don't want to ruin my relationship with Samantha ma'am" Asha refused.

Jimmy regrets Asha's attitude, but this is an opportunity for her to become more famous.

"Sadly, this is a golden opportunity. You can get more famous and more jobs too" Jimmy persuaded.

"Main movies definitely take a lot of time, I want to be a professional model. While I still do not want to share time with other work," said Asha.

Asha resumes her delayed lunch due to Samantha and Jimmy's mom. Boxed rice with meat rendang side dishes, salted eggs and ampella fried sauce has entered in his stomach. Jimmy approached him half-run.

"What the hell is Bang?" ask Asha.

"The producer wants to have a word with you" whispered Jimmy.

"So Brother, I don't want to play a movie yet" Asha refused.

After being seduced, Asha finally accepted it. The man introduced himself named Ari Sanjaya, after chatting the man asked for a vidio call.
