Amey's heart skipped a beat as the nurses began to carry herself into the operating room. He looked at Arsen from a distance as his tears poured down his cheeks. He held back his tears because he did not want Arsen to be sad to see himself crying. He prayed in his heart that God would always be with him.

The air around him was suffocating his neck. Chest that feels tight, stomach that looks like it will explode and a body that is so limp is not energized. That's what Amey felt. The taste was mixed so that he could only hear the sound of his heartbeat ringing. He could no longer hear other sounds.

Paulina smiled looking at Arsen. "Many congratulations, Mr. Winston, you have officially become the Father of the four cute and adorable babies!"

Arsen fell on the floor with his body resting on both knees. The muscles in his legs instantly became limp. Everyone who was there was surprised was not a bitch.

"Arsen!" scream Helen.

"Mrs. Winston, what's wrong?" ask Paulina.

Paulina and Helen are confused by Arsen's words. As Helen and Michael were about to raise Arsen's body, the man raised his hand as a gesture if he could stand on his own.

"Can I see my wife and .. my children?" ask Arsen.
