(Two hours before the wedding)

The wedding day is a very happy day for two people who love each other. In a very luxurious building owned by the Winston family has been decorated with white and red flowers accompanied by colorful LED floodlights that produce lighting that is so beautiful and awesome when viewed eye.

Sunday, the second of February, the year two thousand and twenty, was the wedding day of Arka and Amey. Both chose the second date because it was also Amey's date of birth. Arka did not care about the pain she was feeling right now. He was with his parents. But suddenly, Michael and Helen stopped laughing and put on a panicked face when they saw Arka's face. “Honey, your nose is bleeding,” ketus Helen is worried.

Arka immediately wiped it with a handkerchief pulled from her pants pocket. “Nothing Ma, this is just an ordinary nosebleed,” said Arka calms Helen. “Before, Arka clean first,” moved from his seat and immediately to the second floor where his room is located. When Arka began to climb the stairs one by one, suddenly his vision became two aliases shaded.

Helen and Michael, who were looking behind his back, looked very worried. “Pa, Mama is afraid of Arka's current condition. Mama feels the disease is starting to get worse,” said Helen with pias.

“Ma, have you contacted Arsen?” ask Michael.

Both of Arka's parents, waiting in the waiting room while hugging. Helen did not stop shedding her tears. Michael who saw his grieving wife now hugged while gently rubbing Helen's back. The middle-aged woman leaned her head against her husband's chest with a sob.

“Papa, Mama,” call Arsen who is Arka's twin sister.

“Arsen, My dear,” get up from sitting down and kissing Arsen's cheek. Afterwards Michael kissed Arsen's cheek.

Arka did not answer Helen's question and instead threw the question. “Mama, where is Arsen, my twin brother?”

Arsen stepped closer so that Arka could see Arsen's face clearly. “Ars, I don't think you're coming on my special day,” Goda Arka.

“If I knew you'd be sick like this, I wouldn't come,” said Arsen coldly.

Arka smiled and then followed by Arsen. The two looked at each other and smiled.

Arsen and Arka are twin sisters who love each other. Although Arsenic has a cold and indifferent nature, but if in Arka twinnya, it will certainly be warm.

“You will soon be om-om,” said Arsen chuckling softly.

Hearing that Arka's smile slowly faded away, he looked at Arsen fixedly. “Arsen, you know that I like you a lot,” said Arka. “Married to Amey. Then I will leave quietly,” Arka said again.

“Pefftt bwuhahaha,”. “Arka, what do you really want to say, huh?” ask Arsen curiously.

Arka holding Arsen's hand, “Gereja Katedral, Jakarta at four o'clock in the afternoon, is the time of my wedding blessing with Amey. Please come, and replace me,” said Arka shed tears.

Hearing Arka's words, Arsen throws his hand very hard, “You start talking nonsense, Arka,” when Arsen is furious.

Arka held her head back because she began to feel pain. This time the pain spread to his other organs, making his body wriggle violently. Seeing Arka's behavior, his family began to worry and panic.

“Arka, wake yourself up!” shouted Arsen.

“Ars, my twin brother, listen to me. I beg. Marry to Amey. Take care of him with all your heart, protect him as you protect yourself. I will leave quietly and happily, if you accept this last request of mine,” said Arka with breath that began to slowly disappear.

“Arka! Don't talk senseless! That girl is yours. You're the one who should be with him at the pelaminan. Building a family and living happily with him,” Arsen said furiously and began to shed tears.

Michael, Helen and Arsen shout to call upon Arka's name and shake her lifeless body. Arsen clenched his hands tightly. His face flushed so much that it let out green veins on his white neck.
