Chapter 29: Itaewon October 29, 2022
In the afternoon Yumi comes to Gyu-Sik at the store.
“Sajangnim, sorry can Gyu-Sik go home now?” Yumi asks Maru for permission.
“You still sick?” Ask Maru.
“Slightly, I want to check myself into the hospital accompanied by Gyu-Sik.”
“Don't you get pregnant huh?” Search Maru.
“No.. no.. I am not pregnant.” Yumi hurriedly denied it.

Yumi was silent not answering.

The streets of Itaewon are getting crowded, Yumi and Gyu-Sik collide with people several times.
Gyu-Sik pulls Yumi in his arms and forces her to break out of the growing crowd.
“We have to get out of Sii before you get stressed out by seeing a lot of people tattooed on his forehead.” Gyu-Sik walks on until he finally makes it to a place that is not crowded.
Yumi resigned, she just fell silent because she was still in shock. Gyu-Sik asks the taxi driver to take them home.
Arriving at Gyu-Sik's house makes warm chocolate for Yumi to make her calmer.
“Minum.” Gyu-Sik puts a cup of warm chocolate on the dining table.
Yumi was still speechless, she stared blankly at the cup.
“Hahh.. Now you ask me to drink when I know there will be many people out there dying soon? I'm Han Gyu-Sik's normal human being, I still have a heart, I have a feeling.” Yumi started to win.
Gyu-Sik approaches Yumi and hugs her. “I'm sorry I made you this way.”
That night about a hundred and fifties people died in the Itaewon tragedy. The cause of death was due to cardiac arrest, as thousands of people crowded the streets that were not so wide. And also the lack of medical personnel and police to bring order to the situation.
This tragedy brings its own sorrow to all residents of Seoul.

Yumi wakes up from her sleep, she comes out of the room and turns out Gyu-Sik is preparing breakfast at the dinner table.
