Chapter 07: Let's get married!

Yumi leaned her head against the window of the bus, her gaze blankly outwards. Gyu-Sik is silent next to him, he doesn't want to bother Yumi.

Yumi and Gyu-Sik have just finished the cremation procession of Dong-Il's body and the ash laying in the ash house.

Gyu-Sik presses the button their sign will go down at the nearest stop.

The sound of the passenger button resuscitates Yumi's daydream.

Gyu-Sik takes Yumi off the bus.

Yumi walks gontai, Gyu-Sik walks next to her. They were silent until they got home.

"I'll make ramyeon, you take a bath first." Pinta Gyus-Sik.

"You eat, I don't taste." Yumi walked towards her room.

Gyu-Sik holds Yumi's hand.

"You can be sad but this is not the way. Grandpa Dong-Il would be sad if he knew you were like this."

"Han Gyu-Sik.." Yumi started crying.

Gyu-Sik immediately sees Yumi.

"Why?"

Yumi held onto her stomach, she felt her stomach hurt so much.

"My stomach. arrrrgh.. sa.. kit. once." Cold sweat started to pour out from Yumi's body.

Gyu-Sik sees a light coming from Yumi's stomach.

'Is this the reaction of the soul orbs?' Gyu-sik Inner.

"Come to the hospital." Gyu-Sik carries Yumi on his back.

Gyu-Sik runs out and finds a taxi to take Yumi to the hospital.

"Nearby hospital sir." Pinta Gyu-Sik to the taxi driver.

Yumi is still in pain, Gyu-Sik hugs Yumi's cold body.

It didn't take long, they got to the hospital. The medics took Yumi to the emergency room.

Gyu-Sik waits anxiously outside the room.

Dong-Bong comes to Gyu-Sik.

"I'm fine." Yumi replied with a smile.

Yumi frowned, she still could not digest Gyu-Sik's words.

"That pain will appear every time I get 'TASKS'. The pain can only be alleviated if we wear a red ruby ring. The ring will be given to us after we get married in the white mountain temple before the god of romance."

Yumi notices Gyu-Sik, the man looks upset.

"Let's stop by the mini market first, I want to eat ice cream." Yumi pointed to the mini market across the street.

Gyu-Sik obeys Yumi, they cross over to the mini market.

Yumi and Gyu-Sik buy ice cream, bread and some snacks.

They enjoy ice cream in the chair in front of the mini market.

"Han Gyu - Sik. gyeolhonhaja uri."

*gyeolhonhaja uri \= let's get married.

"Uhukkkp.. Uhukkk.. Uhukkk.." Gyu-Sik chokes on hearing Yumi's marriage invitation.

"M??!" Gyu-Sik doesn't believe what he's hearing.

*Mworago \= What did you say??!

"Let's get married, and wear that red ruby ring. I can't stand the pain. I've been tormented by knowing the rest of human life, I don't want to be tormented in anything else." Yumi's speech was enough to describe how she felt, events beyond reason continued to arrive after meeting Gyu-Sik.

"Hmm. geurae, let's get married." Greet Gyu-Sik.

Yumi and Gyu-Sik stare at each other, the proposing event that was supposed to be a beautiful moment does not apply to them. Because this marriage is just a mere shield.
