Chp 121, Mission of the Marquess Torant
Before Kevin teleports to Liden City, Kevin first heads to the adventure guild in Kritgar Town to retrieve the Meat Wolf item and create a new mission.

"I'm planning on going back to the capital, are you?" Kevin said to ask.
