On the verge of landing Kevin directly activated his parachute where he had made sure he would not hit hard on the surface while activating the parachute at that altitude.

"Damn me off guard!" Kevin said as his abdominal thighs and arms ached from being too fast down and slowed down instantly as the parachute opened resulting in a counter effect on his body.

In the real world Kevin can withstand his plunge like that while with Alka test guts but in the game world his point devense less to make him a little pain.
