It was often done by Npc or player, blood covenant is a covenant where if one does not keep it then he will die, whereas if the player who does it then his character will be reset to level one, of course this is very detrimental to the Npc

"Eck! W-well..." Kevin holds his head looking at the bravery of this one princess. "But just so you know, I'm pretty greedy, being emperor won't be enough for me." Smiling Kevin.

"Say the word." Princess Winry.

"All of it." Answer Kevin.

"Huh?" Princess Winry was immediately surprised.

"I've told you everything that belongs to you the throne of money and everything is mine." Kevin repeated it with an explanation.

Princess Winry did not answer as if she was thinking.

'I did this for the sake of the empire, sacrificing one or two kingdoms is nothing but all.' Princess Winry was thinking. "Well, as long as you can guarantee the empire will live." Princess Winry tries to trust Kevin and hands him to her.

Although the princess of Winry approved of her but Kevin certainly could not act rashly moreover there were many imperial supporters who had strong strength and had not been achieved by his middle guild.
