Chapter 2: The Past. Part 1's
June 12, 2018, Seoul.
7 Years ago.
"Well, this game is really amazing." exclaimed Park Caeyeon.
"That's right." Park Jinyong walked towards her sister who had just released her VR.
"Hm, this is so much fun. I wanted to download it directly on my computer," he said, rushing up from the chair and about to get out, but he was restrained by Jinyong.
"Eit, hold on a second!" Jinyong pulled Caeyeon's arm.
"What's wrong? I want to quickly play this game in my room!" he said with an annoyed face.
Park Caeyeon initially just wanted to know what kind of game that was being discussed on social media. He learned that his brother who was only 1 year different with him also played the game. So he tried it first, to find out how good this game is.
Park Caeyeon is a girl who is a little active in her family, in contrast to her two brothers. Caeyeon is very fond of the smell of challenging repetition.
However, he doesn't like playing games, just like his younger brother Park Taewoon.
He considers that games are boring and not exciting games, because they only play virtually.
Before he tried The Next Hero, he had never played a game. But since his schoolmates were all talking about the game, he got a little curious.
So Caeyeon decided to try the game, with the usual expectations related to the game. But after he tried it, it was even beyond his expectations, the game he had just played was truly amazing. It felt very real to him and challenging to him.
Because Caeyeon is a free-spirited person who likes challenging things, he became very fond of the game he just tried about 2 hours more.

"Lake in!" The open door showed his two brothers who often berated him.
"Hey my genius sister." said Caeyeon. "Taewoon, why are you so happy with that pile of papers." Taewoon looked at his 5-year-old sister with him.
"Why are you always interrupting my study time!" said annoyed.
"Hey, you're so bad, who's bothering you. We just want to get you to play" Jinyong said.
"I'm learning,"
"Hey... My dear sister, come play with us.... Just for a moment, you also have to rest, so that your brain refreshes."
"Ak-" he said was cut off because Jinyong and Caeyeon pulled him out.
"Huh...." Taewoon resigned, it was better for him to obey them quickly, so that he could immediately return to learning.

"Oh, right. We haven't told you yet, do you know about The Next Hero game?"
"Ah, that game. I know a little, because my friends talk about it a lot at school."

"So we're gonna play that game?" Caeyeon and Jinyong nodded.

September 27, 2020, Seoul.
A sedan car passed in the middle of Seoul, on the streets of many people passing by.
"Sir us to the department store first" said Park Taewoon who is now seen using his first high school uniform.
"Good young master."
The sedan on Taewoon stopped at a department store in the middle of the city.
Taewoon got out of the car and got into the department store.
"Huh, I forgot to buy banana milk," he murmured while taking his favorite banana milk.
Taewoon took 4 banana milks at a time and immediately took them to the cashier.
"Everything is 6000 won" said the female cashier who uses round glasses.
Boom up!
An explosive sound sounded deafening, after the sound of the explosion was now the sound of people shouting is deafening.

Taewoon and the cashier girl were shocked to hear the sound of the explosion, they looked at each other and looked out the door.
The eyes of the two people widened to see a huge monster roaming outside.
"Ap-what happened," said Taewoon trembling.

They began to sweat coldly when they saw a monster that might be a goblin enter and destroy the walls of the department store.
Now they are in danger.
The huge goblin went inside and made the department store fall apart, Taewoon gave a goosebumps to see the monster, but he realized that there was a woman next to him.
Taewoon saw the older girl now crying. Without thinking, Taewoon entered the cashier and pulled the girl and ran away from the monster.
The girl who was still surprised just resignedly saw Taewoon pulling him.
They unwittingly entered the employees' bathroom. At this time they still can not think clearly because they are too surprised.
"Ha... Uh.huh..." Taewoon took a quick breath, he had to focus on saving himself and this crying person in front of him.
"Sst, calm down." he said slowly, Taewoon tried to silence the girl in front of him who was sobbing.
The girl who saw Taewoon also started to get a little about.
"What really happened?" whispered the girl while sobbing.
"I don't know either, but most importantly now we have to survive Si-" Taewoon's remark was cut short by the sudden appearance of a system image before him.
