CHAPTER 31. Day 5: The Wrong Desire

The family event lasted until late at night, the families of Jia's parents who arrived made Jia and Gao forget for a moment their internal problems.

Right at one o'clock at night, the event was over, Gao chose to go home while Jia was staying there, actually the question arises why Gao did not stay too, but Gao reasoned that tomorrow he had to work, but he had to work, there was no way he would reveal the true reason to their families.

Gao walked out of the residence of his in-laws, and into his car in the parking lot, Gao who was about to run his car but there was a knock from the window of his car that made Gao undo his intentions.

"Sister?"

It was Jia, Gao opened the car window and looked at Jia for a moment. "What's wrong?"

"So, it's the fifth day, nine days left, I can ask for one request no, maybe I did this yesterday, but I'm asking for one chance."

"A chance?"

"I want to enjoy the rest of my life as sister Gao's wife, from today until day fourteen, I don't ask you to kayak with me, but I just want to do this before me and Alea are completely gone from big sister's life" Jia replied, which made Gao raise an eyebrow.

"Go?"

"After our divorce, I'm going to Melbourne with Alea, I'm aware that Gao's brother will be our past, and how we can forget that past if we can't leave him behind," obviously Jia. "So, my health."

Jia walked away leaving Gao still in the car, Gao did not move in the slightest he still looked at Jia who was stepping away even though Jia stopped and stared at Gao at a glance, Gao is not quoted at all.

Until Gao finally realized from his daydream and chose to run his car leaving the area, Jia chose to remain in his position.

"Why do you still want to do that?" andro asked walking towards Jia.

Jia raised her head. "You know, Brother Gao has a Chlorotic Multiplex, I can't possibly leave him that way, just as I can take care of him until we're divorced."

"You're kasian dong with him."

"meaning?"

"Ralat, rather love right, regarding the photo of Gao with the woman in front of your house, are you sure Gao is having an affair?"

"I think I have no more power to think about it, let it be if there is another dream woman owned by Brother Gao," replied Jia walking away from Andro.

"Why not just tell him that you know that he has the disease, it might be the second reason that can make you all right" Andro said that made Jia stop.

"Let Brother Gao not know, I also do not want him to think about his illness, hopefully he does not know."

"It's not us, I'm the one who selfishly wants to hold the burden one-sided," Jia replied that this time actually left from there.

Andro let out a long sigh, he looked at Jia's back who was away then muttered. "No Jia, you two are selfish, Gao with ego doesn't want to trouble you, and you with ego so that Gao can be happy, actually you just misunderstand and not open each other and this is used by your past, you both accept the burden unilaterally."

Andro walked away from there, before finally his phone rang which made Andro pick it up.

[Halo Syifa, what's wrong?]

[I've arrived at the airport, Get me dong!]

[Sama, Brother himself Though]
