"Oh no, what exactly has happened? Why do I suddenly feel so nauseous?" bella said while closing her eyes withstanding the nausea that now felt so tormenting.

He looked at Evan who was sleeping next to him. "It looks like she's asleep" said Bella, then got out of bed and put on her clothes and walked to the bathroom in the room.

After being in the bathroom, Bella tried to vomit everything in her stomach but the vomit was empty, only a clear liquid came out that made her whole mouth feel so bitter.

"Oh no, why is my body suddenly like this? What pain am I really in?" bella said while washing her face.

"More good tomorrow I go to the doctor alone, I fear that there is a severe disease in my body? Or is this the effect of eating less nutritious food while I'm in prison?" said Bella then came out of the bathroom and laid her body on the bed.

He then looked back at Evan who was now asleep so soundly then smiled and approached him then leaned his head over Evan's chest.

"I love you, Evan." said Bella again as she kissed Evan's bare chest.

"Good morning dear." whispered Evan in Bella's ear while kissing her cheek.

"Oh, have you woken up Evan?" bella asked as she slowly opened her eyes.

"Yes, I have to go home soon. Didn't we have a meeting with a client this morning?"

"Yes you're right, I forgot." replied Bella grumbling.

"Why you, baby? Are you still sick?"

"It seems so, my head is still a little dizzy and my body is limp."

"So you're really still sick?"

Bella then nodded.

"Bella, you better not go to the office. Let me do all our work."

"Is it okay you're doing everything alone?"

"No Bella, it's okay you better rest at home."

"Well, I'm going to Evan's hospital soon, I'm going to do a medical check-up."

"Oh that's better, I'll just take you to the office."

"Yes Evan."

"Better now we take a shower first, you want to take a shower with me right?" evan asked with a smile that made Bella blush in embarrassment.

"Let's take a shower" Evan said as he lifted Bella's body.

"AWWWW." Bella was so surprised by Evan's behavior towards her.

'I'm really very happy to be with you, Evan.' muttered Bella inwardly as she pressed her head against Evan's shoulder.

"When you're done call me baby" said Evan, stroking Bella's face.

"Are you not busy? Isn't today after the meeting there's so much work?"

"It's okay, I'm more worried about letting you go home alone" replied Evan, who made Bella smile.

"Thank you baby, I'm going down first."

"Yes, just a minute Bella."

Evan then kissed Bella on the forehead.

"Be careful" said Evan.

"Yes" replied Bella then got out of her car feeling so happy. 'How sweet of you, Evan. Milan and Arvin have never treated me like this, Bella said. He then entered the hospital.

After undergoing a medical check-up, Bella seemed so anxious to see the doctor in front of her looking at the results of the examination with a face full of question marks accompanied by frowns.

Seeing the look on the doctor's face, Bella was even more anxious.

"Doctor how was my examination? Is there a serious illness I am currently suffering from?"

The doctor shook his head.

"No, Miss Bella, you're healthy. The results of this medical check-up show that there is no problem with your body."

"Yes, look at this everything's normal."

"Then why do I often feel my head suddenly so dizzy doc?"

"How are the symptoms?"

"My head is dizzy, my body is sometimes a little weak and my stomach also feels so nauseous."

The doctor then smiled. "It's better now that you see obstetrician Bu Bella, judging by her features you seem to be pregnant."

"WHAT'S HAMILLLL?" bella shouted in front of the doctor.

"Oh no." said Bella while closing her mouth, she then came out of the doctor's room with a raging feeling.

"No, isn't this just a guess? I haven't even checked with the gynecologist. Yeah, I'd better get it checked out by a gynecologist" Bella said then she walked over to the gynecologist section.

Half an hour later, Bella was called in to see an obstetrician. He then went into the doctor's office.

"Mrs Bella?"

"Yes." Yeah."

"You want to check your content?"

"Yes, I want to confirm my pregnancy."

"Well, now we do the USG just to make sure" said the doctor.

"Nice doc."

"Please come with me" said one of the nurses. Bella then climbed into the gurney and the doctor approached her. Bella was so anxious when the doctor rubbed her stomach with ultrasound. Until finally the smile was on the doctor's face.

"Look, Mrs Bella, that fetus in your womb is still very small, it just looks like a point because it's only five weeks old." the doctor said that made Bella's feelings so broken.

"Ja.. So, I'm really pregnant doc?"

"Yes, you are pregnant, you are five weeks pregnant" the doctor replied with a smile.

'Oh no, I'm pregnant? So I'm pregnant with Arvin's child?' bella said in her heart accompanied by such an erratic feeling.

"Mrs Bella, here I prescribe vitamins for you, increase your rest and do not do heavy work because your gestational age is very young."

"Yes doc, thank you." replied Bella then out of the doctor's room with feelings so raging, the sadness, pain, and confusion now mixed into one. He sat in one corner of the hospital and cried.

"NOKKKKK." cried Bella who made everyone around her look at her.

'I have to how? What am I supposed to do? I had just started my relationship with Evan but I was already pregnant with Arvin's child Bella murmured inwardly along with a sobbing of enduring the pain in her heart.

That's when her phone suddenly rang.

"Evan" Bella said as she saw Evan calling her.

"What am I supposed to do?" bella said while covering her face.
