"Gibran what exactly happened to you? Where's your common sense? First you escaped from prison, then you impregnated a girl while you were still an inmate, can't you think long before you do something? Have you also not been able to take a lesson from all the events that we have been through? Gibran, you're an adult, you're thirty years old but why are you still so childish and always putting your passions and ambitions first." Bella yelled at Gibran.

"You better shut up, your presence just adds more weight to my life."

"Gibran, are you aware of what you're saying? You alone made your life like this!"

Suddenly, Riana's room opens.

"What is this storm?" ask Riana.

Bella looked at Arvin. "He's your brother?"

Arvin then nodded. "Well, that's Riana, my sister."

"Who is it Brother?" riana asked Arvin.

"She's Bella, my lover." replied Arvin.

"And also my cousin" Gibran added.

Riana was so shocked to hear the words of Arvin and Gibran. "It turns out that your past is more complicated than I thought, it's worth it that you always fight" Riana said with a wry smile.

Suddenly Bella felt her head hurt, nausea came back. He then rushed to the back of the house and went into the bathroom. Moments later there was the sound of Bella vomiting while occasionally shouting.

"Ah no, so bitter." cried Bella from behind.

"Sister, what's wrong with your lover? Is he sick?" riana asked Arvin.

"Either way he's probably exhausted after a long trip. I'll follow her to the back" Arvin said, then followed Bella to the bathroom.

"Don't she get pregnant too?" grunts Riana.

Gibran who heard Riana's words was also surprised. "Bella's pregnant?" gibran said as he frowned.

'Don't be right what Riana said if Bella is really pregnant.' Gibran said in his heart.

Riana stepped into the room, but Gibran rushed to prevent her.

"Wait for Riana."

Riana stopped her steps. Gibran then approached Riana. "What do I do so you can forgive me? I don't want us to keep going like this. Riana please forgive me, please understand my situation a little" Gibran said as he clasped Riana's hand.

"Nothing to forgive."

"really? So you've forgiven me?"

"There's nothing to forgive because I don't have any business with you anymore! Remember I only think of you as the real father of the child in my womb, nothing more!" riana then walked into her room.

Gibran just looked at Riana who was now walking away from him. 'It hurts so much.' said Gibran inwardly, without him noticing his eyes now begin to dew dripping a tear while holding back the now so tight feeling in the chest.

Arvin approached Bella who looked so tired trying to vomit her stomach, but not a single food came out and only a grain of clear liquid that tasted so bitter in her mouth.

"Bella, what's wrong with you? Are you sick?"

Seeing Arvin who was now standing behind him, Bella then cried. "Arvin" said Bella as she shed her tears.

"You'd better rest in my room, you'll be exhausted after such a long journey."

"My head is also dizzy."

"Let's take it" said Arvin.

Bella nodded, and they came out of the bathroom and walked towards Arvin's room. While passing through the middle room, they saw Gibran who was pensive with a look that was so sad and eyes reddened.

"He why?" bella whispers to Arvin.

"Riana hasn't forgiven me yet."

"Oh, what a pity." Bella replied with a chuckle.

"Hey who's laughing at you, Gibran. You should be able to take a lesson from all these events so you can fix all the mistakes you've made."

"Had Bella left him alone, you better rest" Arvin said. Bella nodded, and they entered Arvin's room.

"You take a break, Bella, I want to put your car in and get your things."

"Yes." replied Bella then lay down her body.

Bella seems so worried now. 'Should I say it now or wait for the right moment?' bella murmured in her heart while observing the contents of the room.

"Why you, baby?" asked Arvin who was suddenly already beside him. Arvin then sat down beside the bed and stroked Bella's long hair.

"Arvin, there's actually something important I want to tell you."

"What's important, Bella? Why do you look so serious?"

Bella then lowered her face.

"Arvin, do you remember the last night we met after attending Jessica and Felix's anniversary party?"

"Yes of course."

"I'm sorry I was troubling you, I was so drunk I acted out of bounds."

"I know that, I know you'll never be strong enough to drink alcohol."

"Then." said Bella, but she did not continue her words.

"Yes I know it's Bella, I'm sorry, I couldn't control myself in your room either. Are you hurt by what I did that night?"

Bella smiled as she shook her head.

"No Arvin, I don't feel hurt at all, but..."

"But what is Bella? Bella, just tell me, what really happened?"

"Emh... E... Arvin, as a result of what we did that night, E.. Emh.. I'm pregnant." said Bella so softly.

"A... What's Bella?"

"I'm pregnant with Arvin, right now I'm carrying your flesh and blood" Bella said, sobbing.

"Yes." answered Bella.

Without Bella guessing, Arvin hugged her.

"Are you pregnant with our child?" asked Arvin with a happy face.

"Yes, I'm pregnant with your son, Arvin."

"Thank you Bella, thank you so much, I'm so happy, from now on I'll always be next to you, I'll never leave you both" Arvin said, hugging Bella and kissing her.

"We're gonna be parents, Bella. It feels like a dream, are you pregnant with my child? I didn't think we'd finally have a child. Hahahaha." said Arvin again while hugging Bella more tight.

He then let go of the hug and stroked Bella's stomach.

"Darling this is papa" said Arvin who made Bella laugh.

"Arvin, he's still very small."

"No problem, he has to get to know me as early as possible."

"Hahahaha, you're all there. Are you happy?"

"Of course, I'm very happy. I love you Bella, I love our son, I love you both!" arvin shouted which made Bella laugh out loud.

While Evan who was still sitting in his office room looked so riled up.

"Why did my plan suddenly fall apart like this? What really happened to Bella? I have to investigate all of this and get Bella back in my arms, I have to take control of this company before Gibran gets out of jail!"
