Arvin then turned his eyes to Riana.

"Riana, what exactly has happened? Why did you get to know such a dangerous man as Gibran?"

"Gibran, so that's true? You're a prisoner? And your current status is a fugitive?" riana asked with tears that began to wet her cheeks.

Riana was crying so much. "Why are you lying to me, Gibran? How could you do all this to me?" riana said while sobbing.

Gibran approaches Riana, intending to calm her down, but Riana's body collapses.

"RIANA." cried Arvin and Gibran simultaneously.

"Don't touch my sister!" snapped Arvin as Gibran was about to hold Riana's body.

Arvin rushed closer to Riana, then carried her body into his arms and then he entered the house and laid her body in Riana's room. Arvin then gave eucalyptus oil around Riana's nose and temples while occasionally twitching her hands.

"Riana, wake up" said Arvin as he stroked Riana's hair. While Gibran only saw them behind the door of Riana's room.

Arvin then turned his body and looked sharply at Gibran. "What do you mean, approaching my sister? Do you want revenge on me? Is your grudge not over with me?"

"Don't be overconfident, I don't know if Riana is your sister. If I knew she was your sister, I would never approach her."

"So you just used Riana's innocence to hide your status as a fugitive? That's very subtle, you never changed, Gibran."

Suddenly Riana's body moved, slowly she then opened her eyes. "Sister" Riana said so softly.

"Yes Riana, I'm here" replied Arvin.

"Sir, my head suddenly hurts a lot."

"Are you sick, Riana?"

"Once, my head suddenly hurts a lot, my body is also limp." replied Riana softly.

"You wait a minute, Riana. Brother will call the doctor."

Riana nodded as well.

"See you, I'm warning you not to mess with my sister!" arvin said shortly before leaving Riana's room.

After Arvin left, Gibran also approached Riana, he then sat on the edge of the bed Riana then clasped her palm.

With such a chaotic feeling, Gibran finally went out of Riana's room, he then sat on the living room sofa while continuing to observe Riana who now seemed to be crying. Moments later, Arvin and a doctor arrive. They rushed into Riana's room.

"How's my sister doing, Doc?" asked Arvin with great concern.

"Actually the condition of your sister's body is all normal" said the doctor, frowning.

"Then why did he suddenly faint and his head hurt?"

"Mr Arvin, has your sister done a pregnancy test?" ask the doctor who made Arvin and Riana so surprised.

"Yes." replied Arvin and Riana while nodding.

After the doctor left, Arvin then turned his gaze to Gibran, with a reddened face and so fiery he then approached Gibran.
