THE POLICE VS ASSASSIN
PVSA - 19

The police arrived at the farm. Ferdad and his team soon entered the house.

"Rayna!" Call Ferdad.

Marla could see the worry emanating from Ferdad's face. It seems like the man is starting to like Rayna, that's what Marla had in mind.

"Rayna! Where are you?!" Ferdad climbed the stairs to his room. He saw Rayna standing in front of the window. The woman saw several policemen in front of her house.

"Rayna, are you okay?" Ferdad hugged Rayna from behind. The woman was quite surprised by what Ferdad did to her. Usually he'll hug Ferdad first.

After learning that Rayna is okay, the police return to the office, while Ferdad takes Rayna to his old apartment close to the police station.

Ferdad cupped Rayna's face. "From now on we'll stay here, yeah."

Rayna nodded her head. He spread his eyes around. There was nothing in that apartment. There is only one chair.

Ferdad sat Rayna in the chair. Then he crouched down in front of the woman and asked, "Did they hurt you?"

Rayna opened her shirt. Ferdad's mind began to suspect. He thinks maybe Mark has been harassing Rayna. The man was surprised to see Rayna's injured arm.

"They did this?" Ferdad asked in anger.

Rayna shows the bomb and the tracer planted on Ferdad's body. "They found this thing in my body. They say it's a bomb and a tracker."

Ferdad was surprised by the existence of the object in Rayna's body. He never thought of putting the dangerous device into people's bodies, even though Rayna was a fugitive.

"How can it be inside your body?" Ask Ferdad to worry.

Rayna.

"I'm going to take you to the doctor to stitch up the wound on your arm" Ferdad said.

Arriving at Danamaha Hospital, Rayna immediately get treatment. While Ferdad is still thinking about how there could be a bomb and a tracker in Rayna's body.

"The criminals must have tricked Rayna by putting the thing up and getting it out again to make Rayna doubt the police" Ferdad murmured.

Afterwards, Ferdad and Rayna return to the apartment.

Hearing the question, Ferdad is convinced that Rayna is beginning to suspect him.

Carefully, Ferdad explained, "Initially they called the police station. We searched the location, but were not found. We also got word that your personal doctor was murdered. Since his last call was our house phone, I think they came here to kidnap you."

Rayna felt Ferdad's answer made sense.

Due to getting a call from the police station, Ferdad had to leave. He said goodbye to Rayna.

"I'll go first, yeah. Take good care of yourself. If anything happens, just call me. Don't stay away from your phone" said Ferdad.

Rayna nodded.

"I'm leaving."

After Ferdad left, Rayna seemed to think hard. He was in a great confusion. Is what the criminals say true? Or Ferdad and his team are right?

Whatever the answer is, Rayna is in danger now, because she is in the middle. He looked at the medicine his personal doctor had given him.

Rayna looked back at Mark's face. It felt like he felt calm and comfortable when he remembered that face, but he was more comfortable and happy when he was with Ferdad.

Rayna remembers the time Aquene whispered a place name. The girl searched the location on Google Maps.

"Is it possible that those criminals want to frame me? But, if they were to frame me for hostage, they should have done it" Rayna murmured.
