29. Alex's anger

The night came…

The moon shines very brightly, its round shape makes everyone interested in seeing. 

And now that's what Caroline was doing in the room, sitting facing the window looking at the moon that felt so beautiful to her. 

But when I look at the beautiful moon. Caroline suddenly remembered Jefri's words. 

‘I won't let you go from me’ Those words always ring in Caroline's ears. 

Carzol, who passed by Caroline's room, saw Caroline daydreaming, with her eyes fixed out the window. 

Seeing that Carzol entered Caroline's room slowly, and rubbed Caroline's head saying, “What are you daydreaming about? Why is your face pouting like that?”

“I remember what Jefri said when I was in his apartment,” he said in a small voice, but still could be heard by Carzol. 

“You don't have to think about it. Trust me, he won't be able to find information about you and again after I finish my job in Singapore we'll move to another country, and I'm sure he won't be able to track where we are.” Carzol smilingly rubbed Caroline's head gently like an older sister comforting her sister.

“Hm .. I believe that, I already consider you as my brother.” Caroline looked up at Carzol's face. 

“Alright .. so you don't have to worry. I know, you used to have bad memories with Jefri. But now that you forget that the rest I'm gonna face it.

“Yes, I can not be weak. I can not be detained again by Jefri. I do not want to be a slave again by him, it is enough I accept it first. But not with now, I have to be stronger to keep the kids.” Caroline tries to show the muscles she has with both hands that form the letter ‘L’.

“Yes, you must be strong. Don't daydream anymore. You can no longer be Jefri's captive as before, lest the children see you tortured by him,” Carzol said at length.

While right next to Caroline's bedroom door, Alex hears what Caroline and Carzol are talking about.

Alex felt thirsty, and made her wake up from her deep sleep. But as he was about to pass through his mother's room, Alex overheard his mother's conversation with Uncle Carzol.

Hearing that his mother had been tortured and enslaved by his father, made Alex's breath choked. The anger within him suddenly increased.

How not? A child who is not angry when he finds out that someone who has given birth, raised and cared for them to this size, is tortured and enslaved by their newly found father.

There was pain in Alex's chest at the time, Alex had put his hopes on Jefri, to get their family reunited, but Alex instead found out what made him so angry.

Alex clenched his hand, his face red from holding back anger. But suddenly Alex was curious why his father could do that to his mother.

‘How can I make mama tell her past?’ Alex's mind with his eyeballs looking up and his mind working.

“Alright, if you have calmed down I will go back to my room first,” said Carzol and turned his legs out of Caroline's room.

Hearing Carzol's words, Alex quickly went over from beside Caroline's door. 

In the room …

Alex pacing back and forth in front of his bed, still thinking of a way to get his mother to tell him about her past. 

But because of not getting the idea, Alex finally fell asleep in bed. 

In the morning, Caroline no longer came to the Al Zero company because she had given her resignation letter. 

Today Caroline is only focused on taking care of her two sons and after driving them to school, Caroline looks for job vacancies outside the country where she lives through a web page. 

Until noon Caroline was still looking for the job vacancy.

On the other hand, Alex and Axel ride into Carzol's car. That has become Carzol's routine, because usually Caroline during the day is still busy with the affairs of her office, therefore Carzollah who picked up Alex and Axel. 

But if the carzol sedan is busy, Caroline must have permission to her seniors to pick up Alex and Axel. 

“Uncle, hungry Axel can Axel have a burger and pizza?” axel asked expectantly. 

“Alright ...,” he smiled by wiping Axel's head sitting in the driver's side seat. 

When Carzol gets to their subscription store. Carzol forgets his Handphone and Alex sees that.  

Alex didn't waste the opportunity and took Carzol's cell phone, which Alex would use to find out what happened to his mom and dad. 

Axel who saw his brother take Carzol's cell phone said, “What did you take uncle's phone for? Didn't Mama say not to take things that are not ours!” 

“I just borrowed it to chat mama,” said Alex reasoned. 

And Axel immediately sat back down sweetly. 

[Caroline, I want to know about the story you went through with Jefri!] Alex uses the name Carzol to send a message to his mother. 

Ting …

[Didn't you know it, I've told you about it] 

Reading a message from her mother, Alex tries to come back to think of a reason Caroline can trust. 

[I need the details, the more detailed story to take care of you and Alex and Axel]

[Alright .. until the apartment I will tell you the details.] Reply Caroline. 

[Not telling me now I need it, to get rid of Jefri.] Reply Alex as much as possible, although at this time he is very worried if his mother suspects the message he sent. 

But it didn't take long, a message came back to Carzol's phone and it turned out that Caroline was retelling what happened to her and Jefri. 

Alex, reading a message from his mother, became very angry to learn that she had experienced something very painful when she was with him. 

The anger that yesterday had muffled now re-awakened in him. Alex's hands clenched tightly, it felt like Alex really wanted to teach him a lesson. 

While being angry Alex saw Carzol was walking towards the car and quickly Alex deleted all the messages he sent to his mother and put Carzol's mobile phone back where it was. 

Arriving at home. Alex went into the room without greeting her. But Alex came back out because Caroline called him to eat. 

And when he finished lunch with the Burger and Pizza that Carzol bought earlier. Alex went back into his room, Axel who felt there was something different with his brother immediately followed into the room.

“Kak why?” axel asked as soon as he was in the room. 

“No, I just feel a little dizzy. I want to sleep first.” Alex turns his body to sleep by turning his back on Axel. 

“What need to tell mama?” ask Axel. 

“No.”

“Alright, if so I go out first.” Axel walked out slowly so as not to disturb his brother.

Evening arrived …

Alex could not bear to vent his anger. From that afternoon Alex just kept quiet. Not many of his family asked what happened to him. But Alex always replies for various reasons, to hide what is really in his mind.

Alex walks out of Carzol's apartment, where while everyone is sleeping, Alex orders a taxi through an online app using his tab. 

Shortly after, Alex arrives at Jefri's apartment. Alex found out about Jefri's apartment via google. Because Jefri is a very famous person makes it easy for Alex to find information about Jefri.

Alex walks by carrying the item Jefri gave to Alex and Axel while at school.

Yeah, Jefri always comes to Alex and Axel's school at home. Jefri always wanted to take her two sons home but Alex and Axel, always refused, because she could not make Caroline accept him. 

As a result Jefri can only provide toys and needs of his two sons and after that Jefri will leave before Caroline or Carzol pick up Alex and Axel. 

Alex angrily got into the elevator, not forgetting the bag of crackle that Alex brought, which contained items given by Jefri.

Ting 

Alex arrived on the 29th floor. Alex steps into Jefri's room, without knocking on Alex's door, opening the door. 

which made Jefri who was focused on his laptop, immediately turned to the door. 

“Alex ... why did you come here alone these nights.” Jefri immediately approached Alex as soon as he saw that the one who opened the door was Alex. 

“I just want to give this back to you Mr. Jefri, and also from Now don't ever see Me and my sister again!” alex said coldly. 

Jefri was shocked to hear Alex's words. “But why darling ... did papa make a mistake to you?” 

Jefri aligns his height with Alex and also tries to hold Alex's hand. 

But Alex quickly shook Jefri's hand and said, “You want to know where your mistake is?” 

Alex smiled obliquely and said, “Your mistake is already making my mama a slave! You hurt my mama! You're making my mama tormented! You imprisoned my mama!” 

Alex let out all his anger by yelling at Jefri. Actually Alex really wants to beat Jefri, but his brain is still functioning well. 

Alex is still too small, his punches and kicks won't make Jefri in pain. 

Jefri is shocked, Alex learns of a mistake he once made to Caroline. His heart raced faster, his throat felt choked Jefri could not say anything because it was true.

“And from now on, you are not my father! I don't , have a father like you!”
