30. Conquering Alex's Heart.

Hearing Alex's words, made Jefri's heart as a father very hurt. A father who is not sick hears if his own son does not want to recognize his own father as a father.

It felt like Jefri's heart was very sliced to hear Alex's words that pierced his heart. But Jefri realized it was all because of his past mistakes he had done to Caroline.

Jefri tries to neutralize his current pain, and crouching in front of Alex aligns his height with Alex being overwhelmed by anger. 

“Alex, dear ... listen to your explanation first dear ...,” he said trying to hold Alex's shoulder. But Alex stayed away from Jefri, he didn't want the person who hurt his mother to touch him. Inside her was already very angry when she found out that Jefri had made her mother a slave. 

“There is nothing more to explain! I know everything, what you did to your mom until you decided to leave.” Alex flips his body and steps out of Jefri's room.

But Jefri quickly restrained the son's hand, where perhaps he let his son go home alone at night like this. He was worried that someone might hurt Alex while he was on the road. 

“Don't go home alone, Son .. It's already night, very dangerous for you.” Alex just glanced a little backwards looking at Jefri with a sharp look. 

“Don't call me son! I'm not your son!” snapped Alex. 

Jefri could no longer bear the pain in his heart. The tears that he had been unable to get out finally flowed slowly from the corner of his eye. 

“Listen to Papa, dear .. It is all Papa's fault, but in it there is still a misunderstanding dear,” said Jefri, who finally told all the events from beginning to end to Alex. 

After hearing Jefri's explanation, Alex calmed down a bit and said, “Stay, it's your fault! I'll only forgive you after mom forgives you. I can't make a decision, I'll just follow mama.”'s decision 

Although Alex had felt a little calm but Alex still could not forgive Jefri before Caroline forgave him. 

Jefri breathed a rude sigh and said, “ Well dear .. If that's your decision, Papa promised papa will make your mama forgive papa, because papa also loves him very much, papa also loves him very much, papa will protect you with papa's own life.” Jefri smiled looking at Alex. 

Alex saw there was seriousness in every word of the father, feeling a little happy, even though he could not forgive his father until his mother forgave his father.

“Serah!” The cold aura still lingers in Alex's speech, which Jefri can feel. 

“Alright, boy but let papa drive you home, huh? Papa is not calm to let you go home alone, out there is very dangerous dear ...” Jefri tried to make Alex understand the worry he felt. 

Alex looks like he's considering what Jefri said and says, “Alright .. but that doesn't mean I forgive you, I'll only forgive you if you forgive you too!” alex said firmly.

“Iya, boy ...” Alex immediately stepped into the car park. 

He certainly knows where Jefri's car is because when Alex got off the taxi Alex saw the same car that Jefri used in the news that Alex read on the internet. 

Jefri of course just chased after his son. When we got to Jefri and Alex's parking lot, we got in the car at the same time. But before Jefri runs his car, he calls Miko and tells her to secure the road to Carzol Apartment. 

Jefri certainly knew where Caroline was, because she had put a tracking device on Caroline's phone when Caroline was at her home. 

of course it's not just that. Jefri also put a tool which is connected to the phone. The phone will sound and emit a green glow if Caroline is in danger.

Jefri was running his car at a moderate speed, and the atmosphere in the car at this time felt very awkward. 

The streets are currently very quiet because Jefri ordered Miko to secure the streets from her wandering enemies, because Jefri did not want her son to be in danger.  

“Hmm .. Son, did you go to papa's apartment not tell anyone?” Jefri attempts to open talks with Alex. 

“No,” replied Alex, concisely solid and clear. 

“Other times you can't do that anymore, it's already 1pm, it's very dangerous for you to be wandering around at this hour any more without anyone taking care of you. Next time you wanna go out tell your mama first. It will be safer,” Jefri advised his son. 

“Hmmm ...,” Alex just replied with a thump, without turning his head or saying anything else. 

Jefri is confused what else he has to say, because Jefri never mince words with someone. The atmosphere of silence was again created in the car, until they finally arrived at Carzol's apartment. 

Alex without saying a word got off Jefri's car and set foot toward Carzol's apartment.

Jefri who was in the car just smiled at Alex's departure and muttered, “He's very similar to me, it's not wrong if he's my son, in the future he will inherit everything I have I'm sure it is.”

After saying that, Jefri suddenly remembered Alex's words in his apartment. 

“I'm sorry Caroline, had I checked your identity first, none of this would have happened. We can definitely live peacefully safe this time.I love you so much Caroline I will not let another man take you from me.” His determination to himself. 

Jefri pulled out his phone and called Jose who was in England. 

[Hallo, sir, is there anything I can do?] ask JOse across the line. 

[You checked Carzol's identity as well as his background!] jefri said firmly. 

[Okay sir I will, ] replied Jose

[And do not forget to take care of Caroline lest she know of your whereabouts, and lest she be hurt!] 

[Okay, my Master understands] 

After hearing Jose's answer, Jefri immediately turned off his phone connection unilaterally and immediately drove his car to his apartment. 

The next morning Carzol Apartment became very noisy after Axel said that Alex the older brother did not wake up from earlier.

It makes Caroline panic because she thinks Alex is sick. When Caroline came into her children's room. Caroline looked at Alex who was sleeping soundly. But it makes him overwhelmed with worry because it is not usually Alex like this.
