9. Surrender

"Sir, this woman has given up she's been begging you" said Jose, who received word from the bodyguard assigned to watch over Caroline. 

Jefri smiled satisfied with what Jose said, there was pleasure in his heart when he heard the news that Caroline had flown a white flag. 

"Back him first, until I came to the mansion." Jefri immediately turned off his phone when he finished saying that sentence, without waiting for a response from Jose. 

'Finally you give up too, I'll repay you as I please' Jefri's inner sly grin with his hand that stuck his phone in his pants pocket. 

While on the other hand, Caroline who had given up because she could not stand the hunger that attacked her stomach and the coldness of the floor in the execution room made her not strong for it. 

But Caroline was again disappointed, after she harbored her prestige to say surrender, but the bodyguard standing guard at the execution door said she had to wait until Jefri arrived, and that made her very, very good, angry and embarrassed.

Jefri smiled in satisfaction, and pinching Caroline's chin raised her face and made their eyes meet. 

"Follow me!" jefri said with his voice sounding resolute. 

Caroline tried to stand up, with her strength already drained and the hunger that hit her stomach Caroline continued to walk by occasionally holding on to the wall. 

Until the moment they reached Jefri's room. Jefri sat down casually on the bed and Caroline remained standing unsteadily in front of Jefri. 

"Now satisfied with me, you will get food and also return to your basement," Jefri said with a slanted smile.

"No!" Caroline refused firmly. 

"You sure? If you don't do it then you won't be out of that room and you won't be eating for another week" Jefri smiled.

Jefri's words made Caroline waver. 'there's no way I can hold this hunger for another week, this alone has made me unable to do anything even move I will be very difficult. I cannot leave this world now however I have not avenged all their sins.' Inner Caroline.

Finally, Caroline would not want to go up to the bed and with a heavy heart to serve Jefri.
