Chapter 29 - The struggle of Xiao and Shuwan

Xiao simply looked at Shuwan with a look of disdain. He carved out a smirk smile and prepared to immediately fight the thin-haired man before him.

Xiao's hand stopped when he felt a line on the floor. He removed the dirt and dust that covered the line.

Viera suddenly came up with a way through a square line that was more akin to a door. "Xiao go!!" he said in a high tone while dragging the many-eyed creature away from the exit. Xiao nodded, and immediately walked out of the room. But not long after that, Viera immediately gained resistance.

Xiao fell to the floor at a great distance. He had to take the pain back to his body. He was now in a passageway stained blood red. Brighter than the passageway he had passed before.

"Now where should I find Chan?" mumbled Xiao while standing and wailing trying to find a clue.

"Can Viera fight him?" Xiao was worried about the ghost that had helped him. "I'm sure he can, but he never fails!" he added, then continued by running somewhere.

"Chan's? Chan!" call Xiao while running down the hall. He had not even seen a single door in the middle of his journey.

Xiao let out a long sigh while holding onto both knees. He tried to rest for a moment. Because his head started to hurt again. "Damn it! it's all because of Shuwan!" indignantly, Xiao recalled the blows Shuwan had dealt to him.

When Xiao's mind was distracted with Shuwan, suddenly his eyes accidentally saw a door that suddenly appeared from a distance. He also tried to walk to that door. But it soon stopped due to its suspicious appearance.

"I don't think that's the way out!" Xiao shook his head in disbelief. Then he looked back, and he only saw a dead end.

"Xiao! let's get out of here!" Viera appeared from above in a state of being chased by many-eyed beings. Xiao was forced to run to the door that he did not want to enter.

Xiao pushed the door hard, until he was outside the room. His sight was immediately greeted with a place filled with fog.
