Season 2 New life begins: Happy motherhood

"What about what it feels like, baby? Not delicious?" Ask Vale to Elenor. While they were having lunch at the dinner table in Vale's modest home.

"Enak Mommy, I love the Mashed Potato" Elle said as she sipped the mashed potatoes Vale made into her mouth.

"Try this one too baby, Mommy made this for you too." Then Vale took the teriyaki chicken he made to Elenor's plate.

That afternoon, Valerie was really happy. Because eventually, he was able to spend time with his daughter. Just two at home.

He could feel the chemistry between himself and Elle was completely unified. If before Elle's attitude is still stiff with him. But now, Elle had no hesitation to ask and invite Vale to talk.

Elenor told me about her work at school. Elle also told me about some of her best friends and also some annoying friends at school.

After lunch, Vale took Elenor to his room.

Vale wanted to relax while sleeping with the princess in the room.

"Elle wants to see what, baby. Mommy can play some kid movies for you. We can watch a cartoon movie or whatever. Just so you're happy with Mommy." Valerie said, turning on the television in her room.

"I don't like watching Mommy very much. I'd rather read a book." replied Elle who was sitting cross-legged on her Mommy bed.

"Okay, there's some storybooks that Mommy bought for you. It's all in your room. Mommy will get some, and will bring them here." said Vale, who then got out of bed.

"Elle will take it for herself later Mommy. Papa said, if Elle can do some things on her own. Elle doesn't need help. Unless Elle needs help" Elenor explained. And Elle's attitude makes Vale proud.

Vale then sat down in front of Elenor and held both hands of the princess.

"Does Papa really love Elenor?"

"Papa loves Elle very much, and Elle loves Papa too."

"What about Mama Jenna?" ask Vale to investigate.

"Mama Jenna is also good." replied Elenor.

"Mommy's sorry, baby, because Mommy left Elenor."

"Papa told me why Mommy was gone. It's okay Mommy, now Mommy's back. And Elle hopes that Mommy won't leave again" Elle said expectantly.

"Elle," said Vale, who was now speechless. Vale immediately moved and hugged tightly his daughter.

"You are my everything, Elenor" said Vale, hugging his daughter.

After being satisfied to relax enjoy the time and also chat on the bed together. In the afternoon, Vale invites Elenor to shop at the supermarket.

Vale wants to fill its refrigerator with a variety of foods and other ingredients.

The existence of Elenor at home makes Vale feel like he will feel what it is like to be a real single mother.

Arriving at the supermarket, Vale immediately picked up a trolley and then took Elenor around to shop.

Valerie and Elenor went down the hallway after the supermarket to get the goods they were looking for.

Vale tells Elle to buy whatever she wants. And put the things Elle wanted into the trolley.

Vale himself was also busy shopping for his needs.

Now the truck is filled with groceries. Various foods, processed ingredients and also other ready-to-eat foods have filled the Vale grocery trolley at that time.

The shopping was very fun for Valerie. She could shop with her daughter.

While pushing his trolley that was full, Vale still faithfully followed Elle who still seemed busy wanting to buy something.

But it doesn't make Vale object, instead he feels happy to have been a full mother to Elle.

A feeling and wishful thinking that he had wanted all this time.

"Mommy, I want to buy ice cream there." said Elle, pointing her index finger at the ice cream stand.

"May, you can buy anything dear." replied Vale.

Elenor immediately ran towards the place.

When Elenor was running, suddenly from the opposite direction a man was about to pass by. And finally, Elenor who at that time ran accidentally hit the man.

Valerie who saw her daughter fall down immediately left her trolley and immediately rushed over to Elle.

"You're okay" asked a man who helped Elle get up from a fall on the floor.

"Elle, you're okay, baby." Valerie asked in a worried tone. As soon as he approached his daughter.

"I'm fine Mommy," said Elenor.

The man then narrowed both his eyes. When he found out who hit him earlier it turned out to be Valerie's daughter.

"Valerie, is she your daughter?" ask Edward.

"Sir Edward, it turns out you" said Vale, not expecting the man to turn out to be Edward.

"Is your daughter okay, she fell down" Edward said worriedly.

"He's good to me, just a little bruised knee. Forgive my daughter."

"He's not wrong." Edward then crouched down and invited Elenor to meet.

"Hi beautiful, introduce. I'm Edward, you can call me uncle Edward." Edward said kindly to Elenor.

"Elenor," answered Elenor embarrassedly, while hiding a part of her body on the side of Vale's body.

"Uncle Edward is Mommy's boss, Elle. Mommy works for Uncle Edward's company" Vale explained. Elle was smiling.

"After finishing shopping, we go to the ice cream shop on the side of this supermarket. I'll deal with it. Think of this as a gift of uncle apology because it was uncle also not hearted" said Edward.

"But."

"Please Valerie, there is no rejection" said Edward firmly.

After a while, Edward asked Elenor and Valerie to eat ice cream at a special ice cream parlor.

In between they are enjoying ice cream. Vale then discusses the work together with Edward.

Vale told Edward that tomorrow he would review the location of the villa in Bogor along with Julian.

Valerie has so far not shared that Julian is actually her ex-husband. Because Vale thought, he didn't have to shout it at Edward.

After finishing enjoying ice cream and discussing about the work. Vale then permits to go home immediately. Because it was night time.

Vale was going home in a taxi. Had to resign to comply when Edward insisted to bring him home.

"Your daughter turned out to be very beautiful." praise Edward to Elenor, the 5-year-old girl who is now sleeping soundly in Vale's lap on the back bench.

Vale who was then rubbing Elenor's head felt guilty for Elle, because it made her daughter was exhausted.

"He seemed tired" said Edward.

Shortly after, they reached Vale's house.

"This is where you live?" ask Edward to Vale. When his car stopped on the street right in front of Vale's house.

"Yes, that's exactly my height, albeit simple. I am very comfortable living in it. What else to stay with your daughter." said Vale proudly.

Edward finally got out of his car and opened the car door for Valerie.

"Don't wake Elenor, let me hold her. You can get off your groceries."

"But Sir."

"According to him, kill Elenor if awakened" said Edward. Which then in a slow motion grabbed Elenor's body and held her.

Vale then rushed to pick up his groceries in the trunk of the back car.

Put some grocery bags down the front door. Vale opened the door to his house.

"Come in, I'm sorry if my house is a mess" Vale said.

Edward, who was still holding Elle, smiled. Vale then tells Edward to take Elle to his room.

In a slow motion, Edward placed Elle's still-sleeping body onto Vale's bed.

After putting Elle on the bed, Edward glimpsed through Valerie's room.

Vale, who was finished covering Elle's body, realized that Edward was watching his room.

"Hem, it's night. You better go home. Thank you for bringing me home. And thank you for the ice cream treat." said Vale.

"A comfortable room." muttered Edward.

"OK, since you've already kicked me out, I need to get out of here. Let me know for your review tomorrow."

"Of course sir, I'll make the report immediately" said Vale, sending Edward to say goodbye.
