TRM CHAPTER 40 - Uncle Who?

Arnette was surprised by Agam's sudden arrival, his brain was still digesting whether he was imaginary or indeed real.

However, the touch of lips that Arnette felt now made her so lulled. It had been five more years that he did not feel that kind of thing anymore.

"Am I hallucinating now?" arnette muttered in his heart. He returns Agam's kiss which turns them into a war of tongues.

The kiss was so real, Arnette slowly realized that she was not hallucinating.

The woman hurriedly took off the kiss and distanced herself.

"You're real?" Arnette grabbed his sword just in case.

Agam wanted to hug his wife but his attention turned to the wound on Arnette's arm that was bleeding. It must have been the result of the monster attack earlier.

"We have to treat it immediately" said Agam who panicked.

However, Arnette actually distanced himself, he was still confused because of Agam who suddenly came.

She does not position herself as the wife of Agam or the mother of Theor but as the sword master who must protect her territory and her army.

"You're a threat to us, get away!" expel Arnette.

Agam couldn't believe that Arnette would throw him out like that. He wanted to try to speak but again his attention was distracted by the figure of the child suddenly biting his hand.

The boy emerged from the water and attacked Agam as he felt the man was threatening his mother.

"Let's!" yelled Agam in pain. He wanted to get angry but when he saw the child who looked so much like him, he was fixated for a moment.

"Theor!" call Arnette so her son stays away from Agam.

Theor immediately ran up to Arnette and they left the river just like that.

"A...is that my son?" Agam held his chest. It feels so crowded. "He looks a lot like me?"

Simon who was observing the little family interaction from a distance, shook his head. He thought after the kiss they would have even crazier interactions.

"Are you going to stand like a fool?" reproof Simon. He tries to make Agam aware and refocus on their mission.

Agam tries to control himself and regulate his emotions, he must understand Arnette's attitude is wary of him.

"How now?" ask Agam later.

"Let me talk to Arnette" Simon said.

Arnette returned to the camp and entered his private tent. He hurriedly treated his injuries and changed his clothes.

His heart was still pounding, he was trying to neutralize the beating because he still did not believe that Agam would enter his world.

That is, Agam already knows everything. And that jeopardizes Theor's existence.

While Theor himself was perplexed, the boy was pensively alone, he did not immediately come to see his mother because he felt that there was something strange.

"Why does my uncle's face look like mine?" theor's muttered.

"Is he my father?"

Theor then shook his head. "That's impossible, if he's really my father why are you trying to run?"

The child must know who Agam is, what men are threats or vice versa?

As Theor was about to walk up to his mother, he felt that someone was approaching him. He immediately looked back and found that Agam was already standing not far from him.

"Don't be afraid, I'm not evil" said Agam, crouching. He took one of his grenades for him to give Theor. "You want to know something that can destroy a monster?"

"Whose uncle?" ask Theor.

"I am an angel cast out of heaven" answered Agam.
