chapter 52: monsters

"blue mode: blue slash," kazuto said that giving dozens of slashes coated by blue mode towards the monster who only held it with both hands then shook off the kazuto attack like nothing, then ran, running, it approached kazuto and intended to hit him if not for ren hitting his face which made him retreat.

"red mode: lightning shockwave," said kazuto who used his sword which was fed by lightning and slashed it towards the monster.

"arrgghh," cried the monster who was in pain then tried to strengthen his body and little by little his cry stopped even though he was still hit by the attack, but he was still, kazuto felt that something dangerous was about to happen and stopped his attack and retreated as far as possible from the monster that set foot on the ground and made a huge crack.

ren then ran towards the monster and focused his magic on his fist, "regulus strike," he said, hitting the monster right in the face, and making it hit the cave wall, "ha. ha.. did I succeed" said Ren, who saw the monster fall to the ground and hit by a pile of rocks.

"arrrgghh," he cried again and in an instant before ren, with his fists ready to hit him, while ren himself just crossed his arms to hold the monster back, then when he was hit by his attack that made ren retreat far enough from where he stood.

"haaahhhh" cried ren who then raised both fists and hit the monster and retreated to give a place for his friend to use his magic, "do kazuto," cried ren.

"blue mode secret technique: heaven slash," kazuto said that when it had prepared and cast blue magic with a greater number than usual of his body then darted with the sword he was holding with both hands to the left of the top of his head, and when it slashed the monster's stomach that made it hurt.

"arrrggghhh," he cried even louder than before.

"katia, hurry," said kazuto who immediately looked towards him who had made his magic.

"alright, I see, ice lock," said Katia who pulled an ice chain from her hand to restrain the monster's movement, the truly rebellious one tried to rid himself of the katia who used all his strength to hold the monster back.

"what a mumara is not finished yet" said Katia who had difficulty holding back the rebellious monster trying to untie the chain, whereas herself was almost attracted because of the ice chains she was holding.

kazuto who saw that then activated his green mode and held onto the ground while closing his eyes, and when that sort of root came out from within the ground and held back the monster's movements.

"all right I'm ready," said Kumara who then ate the magic ball she made a while ago, which made her body enlarge and let out smoke, and then he opened a shot of energy from his mouth and hit a monster that was then unable to dodge because it was not only trapped by the ice katia chain, but also the plant roots of the kazuto.

"is it over, ?" asked Ren who saw the body of the monster that was charred due to the magic shot of kumara.

"i guess, yes," said Kazuto, looking at the monster's state, to see if he was really dead, "he's dead, no doubt," kazuto said that confirmed the monster's death.

"huh, what the fuck was that, the monster's punch really wasn't playing," said ren who then sat on the ground while holding the sick part of his stomach, and looked towards Kazuto who saw the charred corpse of the monster.

"hm, what's the matter, master, ?" kumara asked who at that time Kazuto activated his green mode and closed his eyes to feel the other energy in this cave.

"it's okay, I just checked if there were any more monsters in the cave" Kazuto said.

"so so, then what's the result, ?" ask Katia who is also tired and lying on the ground.

"i don't feel anything," said Kazuto who could now breathe a sigh of relief, if there were only 2 of the monsters then it was definitely their only option was to run.

"by the way what are we going to do next, continue the exploration of this cave or return to the camp, ?" ask kazuto to the others.

what they saw was a scene of a dead monster, but it was in such a terrible state that even anyone who hated monsters would pity to see it, the place was filled with monsters that seemed to die from a big fight.

"this..what exactly, ?" ask ren who only saw corpses and carcasses of mondters that were crushed like they were milled by tools.

"yes, and to think if the monster made it out of here alive," said Katia who covered her mouth with both hands, like she was about to vomit.

"yes, but isn't there something weird, ?" kazuto asked who when he looked in various directions, to be honest he wanted to leave here immediately, but there was something that interested him a little.

"a-what do you mean kazuto," said katia.

"the monster we fought, instead of him looking weak," Kazuto rebutted to the others.
