chapter 8: their first mission

In the morning Kazuto awakens from his bed after he has breakfast and practices his magic with the help of leon, then after that he went out to the guild to get his first mission with katia who was waiting in front of the guild while leaning against the wall.

"kazuto," cried Katia who waved her hand to kazuto, currently Katia was wearing black pants with a pink shirt with brown vest with brown boots while her own hair was currently tied up.

"you came quickly," Kazuto said to katia who had somehow avoided eye contact with him while twisting around her hair.

"a-a-I'm fine, by the way let's hurry up and do our first mission," said Katia who tried to distract and immediately brought kazuto into the guild to look at the bulletin board where they would take their first mission

"you think that's a good kazuto" said Katia who looked around at the missions they might take, saying, he hoped that if he could find a mission that was cool and not boring until a paper caught his attention

"hm, the mission to finish off the horned wolf, the mission to escort the merchant, the mission to collect herbs," said Kazuto who saw the various missions that they might take, as he said, after all this is the first mission katia and kazuto hope if as much as possible if the mission they take does not involve fighting.

"this," said Katia who pointed to an image of a goblin, and made kazuto's hope shattered in an instant.

"are you sure you want to take this mission, ?" tanya Kazuto who was a little worried about katia even though she was cheerful back.

"sorry we want to do this mission" said Katia who gave a brochure to the guild receptionist and they immediately went into the forest and eradicated the goblins.

"as proof, even if we kill these goblins, if we don't have any real evidence that we did kill them then we won't get any reward," kazuto said that told katia to take the goblin cloth that was nearby.

"hm, alright," said Katia who helped kazuto collect the goblin cloth while muttering 'snake', saying', after that they returned to the guild with some cloth from goblin clothes and gave it to the receptionist as a sign they had completed the mission.

"well we have received this goblin cloth as proof, this is the payment," said the receptionist who handed over 5 silvers to the kazuto, then shared it with katia, who was not involved in the incident, but katia tells kazuto to take her entire prize because if it wasn't for kazuto then she would definitely be injured but kazuto still forces katia to take it because she did nothing but ensure the death of the the goblin is killed while Katia herself fights alone, but still Katia refuses and gives kazuto an offer.

"how about this, you can take all the money but instead of tomorrow you have to accompany me for a walk" said Katia who tried to bid to kazuto.

"hah, you won't back down on this either right, well I agree," said Kazuto who gave up on it, and accepted Katia's invitation to go out with her tomorrow.

"well, we agree, yes" said Katia, who then returned to her residence, then Kazuto who returned to Leon's house, who was cooking dinner for them.

"by the way uncle leon there's something I want to ask you, ?" kazuto asked the lleon who was cooking for their dinner.
