Lina and Chloe were already in an upright position.

Chloe gestured to Levi endlessly with her eyes. I know Levi is very rich and has connections. But he faces Stephan Simmons now, the son of the district council chairman. I don't think Levi has the ability to go against that kind of authority. North Hampton was a commercial zone, so the district chief had an unimaginable influence in this area.

"What are you doing just sitting there, Levi? Awake soon!"

"Are you expecting Stephan to welcome you?"

Wayne and Robin tell Levi about his behavior. They even had the urge to drag Levi out of his chair.

Anger glittered in Stephan's eyes as he looked towards Levi.

Everyone knew the situation turned to the South after feeling Stephan's anger.

Jed panic. Levi is seeking death.

Stephan's girlfriend, Crystal, said flirtatiously, "Hubby, this guy is so arrogant. He doesn't take you seriously at all."

Stephan's expression turned grim. Everyone always treated me with respect wherever I went all this time.

"Wake up! It's not where you're supposed to sit." Stephan scoffs at Levi.

A terrifying silence filled the air within the room as everyone held their breaths unconsciously. He had already done so now, nothing good had come of angering Stephan Simmons.

But Levi just sat motionless and ignored Stephan's existence.

Levi smoked his cigarette without saying a word while staring at Stephan and Crystal.

Threat flashed across Crystal's face as she took out a glass of water and poured the contents onto Levi. "Are you unable to understand human language? It's time for you to get lost! Are you deaf?" Crystals screaming.

Everyone does not expect things to advance to that stage.

Jed hurriedly tried to smooth over the situation. "Hurry up and apologize to Stephan, Levi. Then we'll see this happen."

added Wayne. "really. Kneel on the floor and apologize to Stephan sincerely. I'm sure he'll show you mercy."

Everyone cursed Levi because they sided with Stephan.

Levi put out the cigarette he smoked. Then he met Stephan's eyes and said casually. "Begging your father to apologize to me personally. Otherwise, I won't let you go."

"What's? You want Stephan's father to apologize to you?"

Everyone was completely dumbfounded by Levi's request. They were dazed for some time before slowly regaining their senses.

"Are you crazy, Levi? Do you know who Stephan's father is? Do you think you are qualified to accept her apology?"

"That's right! Who do you think you are? Why would the district council chief need to apologize to you?"

"You're just a lowly criminal just released from prison. Know your place!"
