Chapter 71
Everyone was stunned as they looked at Levi and Chloe in disbelief.
"Vi... villa?" Vernon asked in a trembling voice.
"That's right. If we talk about a regular house or flat, Bayview Garden will serve its purpose" Chloe said.
Larry Tate and his son were flabbergasted. Our family could barely afford a home in Bayview Garden, not to mention the villas owned by Bayview Garden Real Estate. These villas cost at least thirty million to over a hundred million. Can Levi Garrison really buy a villa? We don't believe this.
Even Theodore Macy and his wife hesitated. We are relatively familiar with Levi Garrison's current condition. He definitely could not afford a villa. He is no longer the billionaire he was 6 years ago.
As they thought about Levi's current situation, a group of people rushed out of the villa area.
Chloe's parents recognized the man who led the group of people.
He is the boss of Bayview Garden Real Estate, Jim Spencer, as well as Chloe's boss. They met him once during the annual general meeting.
Jim Spencer walked forward hastily towards Levi and greeted him excitedly. "It's an honor to meet you, Mr. Garrison. You can tell me before your arrival. It is my duty to welcome you directly."
"Welcome, Mr. Garrison!" All the staff working under Bayview Garden Real Estate lined up in two neat rows to greet Levi. They even prepared red carpets and flower petals to celebrate his arrival.
Vernon, Larry, and the others were dumbfounded. What is with this grand formation?
Theodore and Suzy on the other hand started to look at Levi in a different way.
Levi said casually. "No need to go through all the trouble. I'm just here to buy a villa."
Levi's words surprised Larry and his family.
"Yes. He bought the most expensive unit in Bayview Garden and paid fifty million in cash. He is now VVIP Bayview Garden Real Estate." Chloe explained.
His parents almost fainted from shock. It's insanity. He paid fifty million in cash?
"Please follow me, Mr. Garrison." Jim led Levi to the sales center directly.
The sales center was decorated with champagne and decorations in preparation to celebrate Levi's purchase.
"May I know what kind of villa you're looking for, Mr Garrison?" ask Jim.
"The most expensive." Levi replied without hesitation. I will make up for Morris by treating his parents well from now on. Buying them the most expensive villa was the least I could do.
Levi's indifferent request frightened the Tate family members. Even if we combine all our assets, they are not even worth a hundred million, yet Levi here casually gets a villa that is worth more than our family's net worth.
Their faces reddened in embarrassment as they thought of the humiliation they threw at Levi's face earlier. Maybe we're just some clown in his eyes, fooling ourselves.
"Follow me Mr. Garrison. This is the most expensive villa we have. It cost one hundred and twenty million, but we will give you twenty million discount. The size of this villa is..." Jim started to explain the details of the villa.
"OKAY. That nice. I want to move tonight. Can you handle the rest for me?" Levi asked.
"of course! We'll also give you three housekeepers, a butler, a van, and a driver." Jim offered.
In the end, Levi paid a hundred million villas in full numbers using his cards while everyone stared at him.
Then Levi pointed at Chloe and said, "He's my agent. The commission is his."
"Keep assured, Mr. Garrison. I understand what you mean." Jim smiled.
