"Oh my goodness. You left work to pick me up. Don't be like that, ma. It shouldn't be like that. If you get fired for not being disciplined in time how our future will be. Aren't we getting married after I graduate?"

Actually Melati was happy because of Kevin's sacrifice. But she thought more about her survival later after marrying the man. Kevin's current position is in a safe and comfortable position. Melati hopes that if she gets married later. Kevin's position is no longer just a manager.

"You broke up with Reza?" ask Melati. Usually people who just break up will be like this. Looks desperate and not eager to live life.

Regina shook her head. He looked at his best friend's face. He wanted to tell the truth but was afraid that his best friend was hurt.

"Mel, home. Poor Aunt Lena there's no friends at home. I'm going back to college tomorrow."

"You know not Re. I'm so worried because of you. If anyone hurt you. Tell me Re. We beat up the same guy" said Melati, clenching her hand. Regina just smiled. He's not sure if Melati is willing to beat Kevin up if she knows the truth.
