"Huh.huh... I-I'm late hahh...."

The man wearing a brown robe with gold embroidery that formed a tiger emblem behind him, was taking a breath.

The man looked around and he smelled the fishy smell of blood and saw some charred houses burning.

'I'm late.'

The man walked over to see the state of the village which he knew was a fishing village. It should have been in this village a lot of people, but why didn't he see one now?

The man stopped by the beach. He lowered his head only to pick up the wood chips that formed a painting of five mountains fused together.

"South mountain pirates" the man murmured.

Instantly a killing aura just leaked out from his body. In an instant, the wood he held shattered into dust fragments which were then carried by the sea breeze.

The man stood up, continuing to search for any remnants of life or a clue that 'he' was still alive in this village or anywhere else.

Yeah, the guy really hopes that 'he' is still alive.

But the sight he saw made him freeze for a moment.

Slowly he walked towards the two corpses lying just like that. The body is very dirty.

But the man knew who was lying down.

"Yu Xia" muttered the man quietly.

The man immediately fell down in front of the two corpses.

The man knew them both. Very familiar.

"Yu Xia, this is a lie, right?"

The man glanced at the other corpse with a blank look.

"Yu Sha, you broke your words."

The man spoke while staring intently at Yu Sha's corpse.

The man grabbed onto Yu Xia's cold body gently. He hugged Yu Xia affectionately. He stroked Yu Xia's pale and cold face, then he also kissed Yu Xia's head very gently and affectionately.

"Sorry, brother saved you too late" the man muttered in a voice filled with pain.

"I'm sorry, sorry big brother Xia'er. Sorry brother, sorry."

The man continued to say sorry. He continued to say it, even though the sister could not listen or reply to the words of the brother.

The man looked at the sky with a blank look.

But that blank stare turned into a sharp stare filled with the desire and lust to kill a group of people that made his sister have to die under these circumstances.

"I swear before my brother's corpse, I'm Tian Hu, I will avenge whoever killed my brother. I swear."

Two days after the mountain pirates came.

There were two people who swore to kill the southern mountain pirates.

The child.

And the brother.

Now, he can't feel that. He can't and will never be able to do it again.

His eyes that once shone were now the eyes that stared blankly at whatever it was.

His face that always showed an expression as bright as the sun, now only put on a dark and moody face.

There was no longer a bright Yu Nie.

There was only the dark Yu Nie.

"-That's how I got it Brother Xing. Are you gonna like it?"

"I'll consider it after I see it."

There were two voices discussing. Yu Nie raised her face to look at someone who was now before her.

The person Xing called was frozen.

He froze to see a little girl who had dark brown hair that looked dull but undeniable that this girl in front of him used to have beautiful hair.

His clear brown-blind eyes stared blankly at him, and the slightly dirty white skin.

That was what Gui Xing thought. The chief and chief leader of the southern mountain pirates.

Gui Xing got into that dirty cell. He crouched down before Yu Nie who was still staring blankly at him.

Gui Xing stroked slowly Yu Nie's slightly flushed cheeks. Then Gui Xing turned on the corner of Yu Nie's bloody lips.

Instantly the killing aura just blew out.

Gui Yaru even had time to feel short of breath due to the killing aura from Gui Xing.

"Who would dare slap this girl?" gui Xing asked coldly.

The guard who did so instantly stammered.

"D-g.."

SHUTTS...BRUKK...

The body of the guard just fell down with the head separated from his body.

And the one who did it wasn't Gui Xing, but Gui Yaru who did it with just his right-hand sabbatical.

"Sister Xing, I've already cleaned it up" Gui Yaru said as he wiped his right hand from the blood.

Gui Xing didn't reply. He was still focused on Yu Nie's dark face. Gui Xing wiped the blood marks off Yu Nie's lips gently.

Instantly Yu Nie felt her body tremble with just a small touch.

"What's your name?"

As hypnotized, Yu Nie answered Gui Xing's question "Yu Nie."

Gui Xing smiled gently. Gently, Gui Xing pulled the small body of Yu Nie into a hug.

But Yu Nie felt a difference from the embrace she had been feeling all along.

In the arms of her parents, Yu Nie felt warm and safe.

But for Gui Xing

Yu Nie felt cold and full of a sense of threat.

"From now on, you will continue with me" Gui Xing said gently.

"And from now on your name is..."

'Help Me...'

"....Gui Yue's. From now on your name is Gui Yue."
