Ch. 9 [Slave III]

"Ugh..."

In the morning Yu Bai woke up with pain in his head. He felt pain and dizziness. His gaze was twitching, and he felt his body temperature rise.

Yu Bai drew the conclusion from the pain he was experiencing right now.

"Well" muttered Yu Bai.

He looked to the left where he usually met the foreign man who became his friend.

"Eh?" 

Yu Bai was surprised. He saw no one in his left cell. Yu Bai fell silent and tried to recall something.

"What did I do last night?"

Yu Bai rubbed his head. He looks confused.

"Where's food? Why haven't you come?"

Reflex, Yu Bai directly held onto his stomach. His face was slightly reddened with embarrassment.

Yu Bai gritted his teeth. He felt annoyed at the 'Boss' who didn't seem to think of himself as a human.

The 'Boss' turned around. Wanting to leave from the face of Yu Bai who was seen trying to get up.

"Dead? You're letting me die?"

The 'Boss' glanced at Yu Bai sharply.

With a look full of hatred and anger. Yu Bai looked at the 'Boss' sharply.

"You ask where my humanity is?" the man laughed lightly. "I don't have it."

"The feeling is gone" he said with a slanted smile.

"You're a lowly human being" said Yu Bai who implied an anger in his words.

"I've heard it a lot" the man replied.

The 'boss' stood up and turned around, then he looked at the two men who had just noticed the short conversation.

"That boy's whip. Make him faint or die, I don't care" said the boss viciously.

The two men understood.

After being understood, the boss walked away from Yu Bai who still gave him a look of hatred.

The two men opened the cell door and went inside.

"What do you want?" Yu Bai asked cautiously.

There's no answer.

"Wake up" the man ordered.

Yu Bai glanced at the man. In his intelligent brain, he knew very well what would happen to him later.

He wanted to run away, but how?

Because of the chains that tied his legs, he could not run. Even walking alone was difficult, let alone running from the security guards.

Does he have to just give up?

No, Yu Bai rejected that thought.

Then the two men pulled Yu Bai's hands together and tied the rope to Yu Bai's wrist. The rope was each tied to a pole that stood on the left and right sides of Yu Bai.

Yu Bai gritted his teeth. "So this is my punishment?"

Yu Bai laughed out loud, but the sound of laughter sounded like despair.

"alright. Punish me, whip me as much as you." Yu Bai glanced at the two men sharply.

Then the man was surprised when he saw the appearance of that person.

Wearing all-white clothing and long white hair with blue straps that partially tie her hair. His golden yellow eyes stared at the savage two men who gave Yu Bai a whip.

It was seen the man pulling a sword from its sheath.

"Unforgivable" he said coldly.

The two men became panicked when they saw the sharp iron blades that were gleaming under the full moonlight.

The frightened faces of the two men.

They both realized. The angel of death has come to pick them up.

"Go to hell."

With one slash. The heads of the two men were already separated from his body.

They both know nothing at all. Who killed them?

The man put his sword back into the sheath. Hurrying, he approached Yu Bai who was unconscious with the situation still bound.

Before Yu Bai's body fell to the ground, the man restrained Yu Bai's body.

In the dark forest, a man wearing all-white clothes was busy banging on the door. He kept knocking on an old hut that looked unkempt.

"Qing! Get out!"

After he shouted, a woman who looked young came out.

"Who?" the woman was half sleepy.

"Qing! Observe this boy!"

The woman seemed to have just regained her senses with a panicked tone from the man. He saw a boy on the man's back.

The boy was Yu Bai who was still unconscious.

The girl's eyes immediately turned serious. "Bring him in."

The man went straight inside. After that he laid that Yu Bai on a wooden mat.

The woman immediately prepared a clean cloth, medicine and other tools.

"You, prepare warm water" the woman ordered.

The man nodded. He immediately looked for a container for warm water.

The woman began to take off Yu Bai's clothes slowly.

"Who did this?" he said with surprise.

The female's eyes stopped on Yu Bai's neck.

"He's a slave?!" surprised the woman.

The woman turned to the man who was warming the water.

"Jin! What else did you do this time?!"

Calmly the man replied. "I found it."

"What?"

"I found it, Qing" said the man with a stern look in his yellow-gold eyes.

That woman-Qing realized the seriousness of this man before her.

Qing sighed harshly. "It's good that you've found it."

Qing directly looked at Yu Bai. "I need an explanation."

"Surely" replied the man.

"It looks like I'm going to work hard tonight" Qing muttered.
