Ch 45: Entering the Ancient Ruins II

Rey looked at Jiang Xia and wanted him to help her fight Deng Yuro. As expected of Rey, Jiang Xia quickly understood and prepared to fight.

"I don't know who you are, but I thank you for helping me" Jiang Xia said with a smile that fascinated Rey a little.

'This woman is very beautiful, I am even fascinated by her face' Rey muttered with a smile.

"I thank you if you survive this siege" Rey quickly pulled out her sword again.

"Good because you want to die I will grant it!!" Shouting Deng Yuro let out his Martial Spirit which was in the shape of a humanoid creature with two swords in his hands.

'Xuan Level Four' muttered Rey while slightly surprised yet, Rey still considered being able to defeat him.

"My masked man will fight Deng Yuro" Jiang Xia said then gave rise to a humanoid Martial Spirit-shaped being with not-so-long wings and pointed ears.

'Xuan Level Five' muttered Rey again then smiled. Jiang Xia had the cultivation of the Nine Star Divine Realm and Deng Yuro was only at the Eight Star Divine Realm.

Jiang Xia now fought Deng Yuro quickly everyone started fighting again and Rey quickly targeted the weakest enemy first.

"24 Lightings Slash".

Rey quickly slashed down the two people who were in the Divinity Realm very quickly and two heads rolled.The two people who were slashed quickly died and appeared to be traces of lightning.

Rey could easily kill those two people because, Rey attacked secretly and slashed at them while wanting to bring out the Martial Spirit.

"This scoundrel attacked silently, Fire Sect disciples follow me" The orders of another young man who looked like the leader of the Fire Sect disciples.

Rey is now surrounded by seven disciples from the Burning Fire Sect and it appears they are desperate to kill Rey. Rey quickly darted towards one of the Burning Flame Sect disciples but his unlucky Fire Sect disciple leader quickly charged towards Rey with a powerful flame.

"The Blue Fire of Catastrophe".

The blue flame quickly spread towards Rey and made her overheated. Rey herself quickly let out her aura but unfortunately she could not stop the fire around her.

"Don't think you can run from the Blue Fire of Catastrophe, you'll be in vain if you think you can destroy the Blue Fire of Catastrophe, this is your end, man" Ejek the young man laughed.

The young man had the cultivation of the Seven Star Divine Realm and the other person was in the Second Star to Five Star Divine Realm.

They attack Rey with the Blue Fire of Catastrophe continuously and make Rey have to survive. Rey was currently defending by making a protector from Qi energy and continuously draining her Qi energy.

'Looks like there's no other option' Rey muttered.

Rey quickly took out her Martial Spirit, Lightning God Sword, Zisi Lightning, everyone was a little surprised that Rey had a Sixth Level Xuan Martial Spirit.

Rey quickly slashed through the blue flames, no one expected that the blue flames were quickly slashed and slowly disappeared.

"W-how could it possibly be extinguished" said the young man in disbelief as the blue flames of the calamity assessed would not be able to be extinguished so easily.

Rey smiled wickedly as she saw everyone staring at her with a confused expression and some looked scared.

"Don't be afraid, he's only in the Heaven realm and the seven of us are in the Divine Realm" Shouted the young man then everyone nodded and prepared to attack Rey.

"Yare-yare, you guys are really persistent in wanting to kill me" Rey said lowly and prepared to slash at the disciples of the Burning Fire Sect.

'Xuan Level Three' Murmured Rey low.

"DIE!!" The young man shouted then his entire body became fire and the others also quickly shot towards Rey.

"It's too early to say that" Rey replied then preparing to fight the enemies. Rey seems to have difficulty fending off all attacks from Fire Sect disciples and sometimes appears to be on fire.

"24 Lightings Slash".

Rey quickly slashed at the disciples of the Burning Flame Sect, yet it was still not up to kill them and just scratched.

"Fire Chirp".

It looked like a wave of fire quickly shot towards Rey ferociously and Rey herself was depressed because this was a combined attack from the seven Divine Realm Experts.

"Heaven Splitters".

Rey quickly slashed down with a sickle in front of the fire waves, but Rey also consumed a lot of Qi energy and maybe she could only do it for three more times.

The tide of fire was quickly split apart by Rey's slash, but Rey did not stop from there as she saw the Burning Fire Sect disciples still focused with the waves of flames being split apart, but she did not stop there, Rey quickly slashed down a few disciples of the Burning Flame Sect.

"24 Lightings Slash".

Rey quickly slashed down the three disciples of the Burning Flame Sect and made the leader-like youth furious. Rey quickly took a few steps back and tried to find another gap.

But by Jiang Xia's side it appeared that all the Ice Heart Sect disciples had been slaughtered by the Empty Hall disciple and told of the injured Jiang Xia.

Rey quickly headed towards the injured Jiang Xia to help her, though, Rey is not actually a hero who will save people carelessly but Rey does not want someone as beautiful as jade to die in front of her and she can not do anything.

"Masked man what are you doing here?" Jiang Xia asked who saw Rey was already nearby and Jiang Xia himself gasped for air.

"Take you away" Rey replied briefly then carrying Jiang Xia's body.

"Yeah".

Jiang Xia was shocked by what Rey did, but she understood that she was injured and could not run fast enough.

Rey quickly ran while holding Jiang Xia and the Void Hall along with the Burning Fire Sect quickly chased after Rey.

"32 The Sword of Emptiness".

Deng Yuro quickly thrust out 32 swords with strange shapes and stuck them on Rey's back. "Yeah!!!!". Rey cried out in pain and tried to hold back.

"Take me off, go it's my business, the sword is always tearing you apart if it doesn't pull it out" said Jiang Xia who appeared to be a wirehir.

Rey smiled wryly but continued to fly quickly to escape from Deng Yuro and the others and chose to run away.
