A few months have passed. Alea's stomach was already seen bulging even there were small kicks from inside the stomach.

Kevin smiled every time he could feel the movement. "It's very healthy for Papa's son. It's only been five months but it's been active."

The morning was not moving but Kevin actually played with Alea's distended stomach. Though he had also taken a bath and was neat, but he still accompanied Alea who wanted to be lazy.

"Yes, it's a big smile every time it can feel the kick."

The two of them looked at each other in love and smiled. But their gazes were scattered by a knock on the door from Bi Sum.

It was not usual for the housekeeper to knock on the door of his room. Kevin immediately got out of bed and opened the door.

"Sorry sir, Rania has a fever. I woke him up not to wake up."

"Rania fever?" Kevin immediately walked towards Rania's room followed by Alea.

"Ro." Alea grabbed Rania's body and checked her body temperature with a thermometer. "The fever is very high." Alea became very worried as Rania's body temperature showed a figure of 39.5°c.

"We'll just take it to the hospital." Kevin is holding Alea. "Bi, please get me my little bag and Alea's jacket."

"Yes, sir."

Kevin immediately took her to the car.

Alea followed Kevin and they got into the car.

After Bi Sum handed Alea a bag and jacket, she immediately went back inside the house to accompany Raffa.

"Sir, hurry up." Kevin continues to hug Rania's hot body. Rania simply closed her eyes and whimpered.

"Darling, why has gini fever? You don't want to eat lately." Alea clasped Rania's little hand.

After arriving at the hospital, Kevin immediately brought Rania to the IGD to be treated immediately.

The doctor immediately examined Rania's condition, while the nurse began to put an infusion needle on Rania's wrist.

Rania cried as the needle now stuck in her vein.

"Darling, calm down. It hurts just for a minute." Alea hugged Rania to stop crying.

"Mama's sick."

"Yes dear. This will let you heal quickly."

The doctor immediately gave a fever-lowering drug and then took a blood sample to check the lab.

"We will soon move to the ward. Wait until the blood test results come out to find out the disease. Because fever on the body is a sign if there is something infected or inflammation in the body."

"Yes, Doc." Alea and Kevin follow Rania who is being pushed on a cage to be moved to the hospital inpatient room.

Kevin continued to embrace the body of Alea who had just cried.

"It must not be papa. I'll buy ya, you eat first."

Alea nodded slowly then rubbed the rest of her tears.

After she finished moving Rania, the nurse came out of the ward.

Alea was now sitting limply by the side of Rania's cage. He rubbed the hair of Rania who had fallen asleep due to the effect of the medicine.

"Hurry to heal baby, Mama is sad to see Nia sick like this."

Alea let out a long breath. Is this the ordeal she faced again while she was pregnant. The one thing she was so afraid of seeing someone she loved was sick.

Moments later Kevin came in with two boxes of food and two warm drinks.

"Darling you eat first." Kevin sat down next to Alea and began to bribe her.

The bribe from Kevin seemed difficult for him to swallow. Why did the ordeal happen to her again when she was pregnant with her fourth child.

Kevin slightly bowed himself looking into Alea's eyes which were repeatedly condensing. "Honey, Rania must not be papa. You eat first."

"This experiment is why it came again when I was pregnant, Mas. Rania has had gini fever a few times."

Alea nodded her head.

"Don't be sad anymore. Now you finish eating. I don't want you to get sick either." Kevin took off his embrace and grabbed the food box he had placed and continued to feed Alea.

This time Alea accepted the bribe and was willing to eat it to the end.

"Later in the night when you're tired, you sleep at home. Let me take care of Rania" Kevin said after the meal ran out.

Alea shook her head. "I'll take care of Rania. Rania needs me."

Kevin took a long breath. It seemed like after this she was really not going to get Alea pregnant again. Although he knew this was a suratan of fate but this constant occurrence made him feel very sorry for Alea.

He gently rubbed Alea's stomach. Then kiss her. "Don't be sad, baby. Tomorrow Mama will smile again."

Alea smiled slightly at Kevin's words. "Mas, just eat."

"Yes." Yeah." Kevin turned to sit on the sofa while Alea continued to look at Rania's slick face.

Until the day before noon, Rania finally woke up.

"Mama..."

Hearing the call Alea immediately smiled. "Yes baby..."

"Nia's hungry" said Rania.

It just so happened that food for Rania had just been delivered by the sisters.

"Here, Mama's a bribe." Alea helped Rania sit up and lean.

"Where's dad?" ask Rania

"Papa was seeing the Doctor." Alea painstakingly fed Rania until the food ran out.

Moments later, Mr. Marko and Raffa come to see Rania.

"Miss..."

Hearing Raffa's voice, Rania smiled. "Sister Raffa.."

"Nia, don't you have a fever, son?" Mr. Marko checked Rania's body temperature with the back of his hand. "Well, the fever's down. I'll be playing again soon."

Alea smiled at Rania who was already starting to cheer up again. Now he sits on the couch and anxiously awaits the results of the blood test. He saw Kevin coming into the room. His heart beat rapidly as he looked at Kevin's sad face.

"Where did it go, Mas?" ask Alea.

But Kevin was silent.

"Nothing is covered from me."

"We'll just talk outside." Kevin led Alea to sit in the lobby chair. He hugged Alea's body. "I'm sorry, I gave Rania a disease" Kevin said in a trembling voice.

"Why?"

"Rania's leukocytes are very high and she's got leukaemia symptoms."

The world stopped turning. Why the ordeal of alternating hit his life. But this time he can't be whiny. He must be strong for Rania. New symptoms, Rania can definitely be cured.

"The disease is down from me." Kevin continued.

Alea stretched out Kevin's embrace. Kevin who usually always calms him is now sad. He must be disappointed in himself.

"Still symptoms Mas. It must still be healing. The proof is that Kevin is now healthy. We must continue to support Rania."

Kevin nodded his head then he further tightened his embrace.
