"I ... I .. didn't mean that. I mean .. ," Gavin seemed aware of what he said, and he also saw Anna just smiling as she said that.
"Selfish brother!" yell at Gia again.
Gavin hits him on the head, condemning his stupidity.
Gia who was sitting on the floor, finally became a little calmer as Jack hugged her and gently rubbed her head.
Lexy who saw the scene smiled, even though in her heart it was sliced. He wanted to be there, replacing Jack. Hugging and calming her little girl.
Lexy finally went out to wait for Mr. Chris' arrival. Gavin stood up and remained silent.
Time seems to go on for a long time. Doctors said they had to perform an operation to save Anna's baby.
The operation has been going on for more than 30 minutes, Dad Chris and Mom Clara have arrived. Mom Clara hugged Gia who was still crying.
"It's Gia's fault, Mom. Gia shouldn't have asked Anna to run away."
"Calm down. Didn't you tell Mommy that Anna is a strong woman. When Mommy met her, Mommy was sure she was an amazing woman" Mom Clara told Gia.
"I hope so too, Mom," said Gia.
Gavin was just pacing back and forth. He was worried about Anna. Honestly, it was not his heart's intention to choose his son, but ....
The door of the operating room opened, a doctor came out of the room. Gavin who had been pacing back and forth immediately stopped and approached, followed by another family member.
"How's it?" ask Gavin.
"We have managed to save your two children, Mr.”
"Two?" ask Gavin.
"Yes, twins, both boys. But right now we're putting it in an incubator because their birth is premature."
Gia barged forward, "Then how's Anna doing?" ask Gia.
"The patient is still in critical condition due to heavy blood loss. The patient is currently unconscious. We will transfer him to the ICU for further treatment and supervision" the doctor said he would leave the Pramana family.
"I have twins ..," Gavin sat down crying, moved.
"Look Mom, all he thinks about is his son. He never thought about how Anna was struggling. Hoping that Anna would forgive her sister and allow her to meet her children" Gia emphasized her last words in front of Gavin's face, and then left Gavin.
Dad Chris approached his son and patted him on the shoulder several times.
"Han, please take care of all his administration and give Anna the best care" Dad Chris said
"Good, Sir."
Dad Chris saw Lexy from earlier continued to struggle with his cellphone. He had no idea what Lexy was doing with a very serious face.
"Lex, let's go back. We have a lot to do,” Dad Chris calls Lexy.
"And Jack, you accompany Gavin here. If there's anything, just call Han," Dad Chris ordered, followed by Jack's nod.

The Flashback

About 15 minutes later, Gavin arrived at his parents' home. The distance from their home is not too far.
"Is Gia back?" ask Gavin when he gets there.
"Not yet, was he not captured by them?" ask Mom Clara.
"Jack, check our tracker!" Gavin's orders.
"Good, boss."
"Trackers? what tracker?" ask Dad Chris.
"I put the tracker inside the necklace used by Gia."
"Necklace?" ask Mom Clara.
"Yes, Mommy. The necklace I gave her on her birthday 2 years ago, and I also forced Gia to always wear it."
"Have met the boss" said Jack.
Dad Chris, Han and Lexy saw the laptop screen displaying a dot in a location on the outskirts of Switzerland.
"It's like ..."
"Yes right sir, the location where Mrs Clara was held," continued Han.
"Then we'll get there" Dad Chris said.
"Daddy is here. Uncle, please take care of Daddy and Mommy. Let me, Jack and Uncle Lexy get there."
"All right, Daddy's gonna call the cops."
Flashback Off
"So, because of this necklace I survived?"
"Dear, your sister always worried about you" Mom Clara said.
"But what you're doing is also outrageous, Mom. I'm afraid Mom, how about Anna ..."

Lexy who was driving the car saw from the rearview mirror. He looked at Gia's face which looked slightly bruised and torn at the corner of the lips.
Once at home, Mom Clara treats the wound on Gia's face, then asks Gia for a break.
Gia quickly closed her eyes because all night she could not sleep, and just fell asleep before morning.
After Mom Clara exited the room, Lexy settles down slowly into Gia's room. He is very worried about Gia's condition even though he looks indifferent.
Lexy walked up to Gia's bed and knelt beside her. With his fingers he plays Gia's hair, then drapes Gia's hair, so he can see Gia's face clearly.
"Gift, forgive Uncle for coming too long. But Uncle's glad you're okay. Take it easy, Uncle will definitely finish off the people who made you this way," Lexy said, then he kissed Gia's forehead, "Uncle loves you."
Lexy slowly walked out of the room, and Gia opened her eyes. A stream of water fell on the corner of his eyes, "I'm sorry Gia, Uncle. Gia loves you too."
