"Hold on, baby," said Gavin.
Gavin's heart beats rapidly when he sees Anna being shot.
"Damnank!!! You jallang woman! Now you can protect your son from my gunfire, but just look, when I'm free, I'll take them out. There will be no more descendants of the Neutron family. Catch that!!" Elisha laughed as he was taken by the police.
Gavin asks Jack and his men to bring his two sons back home, while he will be in the ambulance to accompany Anna.
"Hold on, I'm sure you're a strong woman" whispered Gavin, holding Anna's hand.
A nurse continued to monitor Anna's condition, and provided oxygen intake due to Anna's breathing that began to cringe.
Upon arriving at the hospital, the gurney is taken down and Anna is taken to the ICU. Gavin also immediately got treatment because his upper arm was hit by a shot.
Anna has to face surgery, and so does Gavin. It's just that for Gavin to do only minor surgery. In a moment, the bullet had been successfully removed from his upper arm. Now his hands are bandaged and given a support like a rope.
He is now in front of the operating room. Dad Chris comes to him with Jack.
"Son, how are you?" ask Dad Chris.
"I'm okay, Dad. How are the twins?" ask Gavin.
"They're safe at home with Mommy, Gia and Lexy. Daddy's also been increasing guard at home."
"Jack, I'm asking you that the woman be punished severely, including the nanny. Besides, who's the driver who took the nanny and my two kids?" ask Gavin.
"We've been investigating. Looks like she was one of the bodyguards from Lady Elisha who opened our car door with a special key. Our private driver was found unconscious not far from the location" Jack explained.
"Then how's Anna doing?" ask Dad Chris.
"Anna's fighting in there, Dad. He was shot in the stomach. I know she's a strong woman and she can definitely get through this."
"Patience, Son," Dad Chris patted Gavin on the shoulder.
"Yes, Dad."
The operation took up to 3 hours. Gavin had been pacing back and forth many times in front of the operating room.
"Sit down, Son," said Dad Chris, "Jack, please buy me a coffee. And for you and Gavin."
"Okay, sir," replied Jack.
Jack went from there. Shortly after Jack left, a doctor and nurse came out of the operating room. Gavin and Dad Chris rushed over.
"The operation went well. We managed to pull out the bullet lodged in his stomach. We had to check it further because the bullet hit the patient's uterus. Although it's only a little, but we have to do further checks."
"Will there be a problem because of that, Doc?" ask Gavin.
"We don't know yet. Had to wait a few days."
"In a moment we'll move him to the inpatient room. You can meet him there."
"All right, Doc."
Jack who just came, gave 2 cups of coffee to Mr. Chris.
"Jack, you take care of all the administration to have Anna transferred to the best inpatient room" Dad Chris ordered.
"Good, Sir."

Gavin holds Anna's hand and continues to be beside her as Anna has been transferred to the hospital room.
"You should go home and rest first. Daddy's gonna ask the bodyguards to keep watch here."
"No, Dad. I'll stay here. Now that Anna is my wife, I have to stay by her side."
"Alright, Daddy will go home first to accompany Mommy and tell this news. Jack will come back and bring you a change of clothes" said Dad Chris.
"Good, Dad. Thank you." Thank you."
Dad Chris returned home with a tired face. Mom Clara, Gia, and Lexy approach Dad Chris.
"How, honey?" ask Mom Clara.
"Dad, how's Anna doing?" ask Gia.
"Please, let your Daddy sit down first" Lexy said.
Mom Clara asked the waiter to get her husband a cup of tea. Mom Clara was unable to sleep last night, while Gia and Lexy also did not sleep very well. They were all worried about Gavin and Anna.
"Are you okay?" ask Mom Clara.
"I'm good. Anna's been through surgery, now we just have to wait for her to wake up."
"Thank God it's okay, I can't sleep thinking about it" said Kok Clara.
"Where are Nathan and Nixon?" ask Dad Chris.
"They're in our room, still asleep. You better rest too. I don't want you to get sick" said Mom Clara.
"Yes Dad, rest up. Today I'm going to the hospital to see Gavin and Anna. Daddy and Mommy are at home" Gia said.
Finally Dad Chris went to clean up and then he rested, accompanied by Mom Clara. While Gia and Lexy go to breakfast, because after that they will go to the hospital.
