The Village And The Army

The Village And The Army
Assault

Kevin in the early hours of the morning was already seen rushing out of his room. The women who were busy in the kitchen simultaneously twisted their bodies when they saw Kevin who was holding a large bag somehow whatever the contents. The man looked very hasty. From the look on his face, Sekar can read if something scary happens.

"Mom, I've secured everything. As long as I'm gone, no one comes out of the house. Outside of the security there were already twenty-four hours. I have to leave right now." said Kevin holding both shoulders of the mother. In his eyes was attached to the face of the woman he loved so much since Kevin first looked at this world.

Sekar's eyes look teary looking at Kevin's face. He will not ask the child anything every time he goes to work. It was the same thing she did to her husband. For Sekar will only pray since his son and husband left. Hoping that by not knowing anything he would still be more calm praying for their return. The rest is also the work privacy of those who must need peace of duty. If it makes the family anxious automatically they will also not be able to focus while working.

"Vin, whatever it is, just go home intact, son. Go home for Nina if you can't for mom." Sekar's heart is so heavy at this time to release Kevin's departure.

Just a nod of the head that Kevin gave after he kissed the mother's forehead. The man kissed the back of Sekar's hand then turned to Nina who was standing looking at him. He approached just rubbing Nina's head gently. Then Kevin kissed the back of Riana's hand and rushed out of the house. Kevin's departure received a sign of respect from some of the men he had assigned to guard his home. Kevin knew his departure would be a gap for Nina's father to come destroy Nina and her mother.

However, make sure none of that will happen if Kevin is the one they face. All the tricks of the war he had mastered and to fight the villagers like Faris was not so difficult for Kevin when reading his mind.

"Mom, relax..." Nina rubbed the back of Sekar's hand in order to calm the middle-aged woman.

Since Kevin's departure, the spirit of the three women in the kitchen has suddenly disappeared as well. Kevin left very suddenly. Even the rest is still long to get back to work.

"Mom can only pray continuously, Nina. But the anxiety that I felt like this a long time ago. Since Kevin's father was still around. He always leaves with a hope that is still a question mark. Being a wife is not young. If only you could choose what job your husband worked for. I really want my mom to choose another one. Their work always makes their lives at stake." said Sekar poured out his heart for years.

Beyond a doubt, if Nina thought all this time the middle-aged woman in front of her seemed fine. It turns out that inside it is so fragile. He could feel what Bu Sekar was feeling. Just having a sense of Kevin even Nina had felt at this moment how much she was afraid of Kevin's departure especially the man was very hasty and his face was so tense.

Sekar's plan also looked at Nina softly. "Nina, are you willing to risk becoming a mother's wife? Are you sure you can give up your whole life to serve your husband? Are you able to live by spending quiet time like a mother?" Nina successfully dropped her tears hearing Bu Sekar's very serious question.

All this time the woman in front of him seemed to always calmly talk to him. Different this time who talked about the readiness of Nina to be Kevin's wife.

"I'm ready, Mom." replied Nina steadily.

Riana smiled along with Sekar. The two hugged Nina together because they were very happy with Nina who was so sincere to Kevin.

Their first day was at home. For a while the flower shop had to be opened with Sekar employees. Because he did not want to dispute the words of the child that could be fatal.

On the other hand, Kevin and some of his troops are ready to enter the helicopter one by one to a city border far enough. They thoroughly check the fittings of uniforms and various other safety devices.

During the flight Kevin gave his members directions, they all seemed to listen very well. Share groups while opening maps. Some points have been determined to be a meeting place. And there is much more they have prepared.

Some time they passed quickly until the delivery to the first member finally they landed. The helicopter escorted them a little further away from the point where they were sharing. For the safety of the enemies who will know their whereabouts.

"Remember, never lower the height of this helicopter." a warning from Kevin who was carried by the driver of the propeller.

"Ready, Bang." he said.

Kevin left with the others after getting a second delivery. There are now three deliveries by the helicopter. Kevin started crawling along with the others to arrive at his destination.

They code each other if everything is safe. Kevin is the front man leading the way. However, when in the middle of the journey suddenly there was the sound of a helicopter that fell instantly.

"Quick raise our helikkopter again!" shouted one of the soldiers sitting near the driver.

"Our propeller's like a problem, Bang. I was avoiding the tree." pointed it at a tall tree that he had previously expected to pass with a height above it.

However, before they raised the flight distance it all felt like a trap. The tree fell suddenly and made the helicopter immediately lower its flying distance. He also took another way to fly high again after landing dropping off Kevin. Honey, he could feel the awkwardness in that helicopter.

Tension also occurred when from the bottom sound of gunfire echoed.

"They were attacked." Kevin talked to his team. All seemed to be moving quickly while hiding. Don't let panic put them at risk too.

Gunfire continued to be heard reciprocating until Kevin finally got a signal asking for help from the team who were still in the helicopter.

They began to help shoot down the helicopter to make the attacker lose. Unfortunately, the many members that Kevin brought made their enemies run to find a place to hide. They will not be able to fight once gus members of the army. Their weapons aren't that many. The only way they can is to terrorize one by one and kill him.

One day they continue to hunt each other, while the helicopter is no longer operational at this time.

"We have to fix this. But dark times are impossible to fix now." One of them spoke.

"Well, we stayed here for a while" said the helicopter driver.

"Wan, think carefully. They already know we're here. You really made the decision to stay tonight in a place they already knew?" kevin asked stared thoughtlessly with his members on this one.

"But, Bang. If they wreck this helicopter how can we get back?" he asked again who seemed to think about the blindness of the people in the forest.

"The helicopter will be delivered as soon as we complete the mission here. You have to come back, it won't provoke them to attack you alone. Our tracks already know them." Kevin said.

With a lot of consideration they all followed Kevin's direction which they could not deny. Whatever Kevin commands as a leader on the pitch at the moment they have to be ready. No one can think of their own life. That is their vow to serve the country.

Many of them walked in the forest as it became dark. Weapons are constantly on standby whenever there is an attack. One of the first steps they made was a bed at the bottom with the grass they had laid down. No tents as usual they shelter in the cold of the night. Because the enemy they face is very dangerous and as much as possible to hide themselves temporarily.

There was no sound at all between them other than sharing half the sleep and half the security. Eat in the dark and quiet. Any sound should be as much as they can avoid. The whole sweat on the body feels like water for them to bathe naturally.

Kevin fell asleep with his face down trying to hide his weapon below. Each of them had a way to secure themselves. Some who were on guard seemed to yawn withstanding drowsiness. However, as much as possible they hold it in order to wait for the next bedtime.

"The Vin...Kevin's! Kevin, lookout!" Here in his room Sekar actually seemed to cry hysterically woke up from his sleep. He sat down with breathless breath. Tears fell more and more on the cheeks of the middle-aged woman.

The fear since this morning made him restless to the point of having nightmares about the child. At exactly eleven o'clock in the evening he stood up from the bed stepping towards the table in his room. There is a photo of the child and the deceased husband wearing the same uniform but different frames.  In a gentle swipe Kevin's photo changed to rub the picture of the husband in the other frame.

"Dad, enough daddy to go? Don't let our son go, either. Please, Father. Let Kevin accompany mom's old age. He's the only thing that's left of my father that's kept me alive until this second." Sekar cried sobbing hugging the picture frame of the two.

The fear of a few years that he had once felt suddenly came again this time. A premonition that never darted when Sekar felt his chest tight as if someone wanted to rebel.
