The Village And The Army

The Village And The Army
The Different Mood

In the morning Nina seemed to play with flowers planted beautifully in the garden of Kevin's house. It attracts some weeds that grow to a small size. Long black hair that dangles so beautiful even though it looks from the back.

"Eh Nina, in the search room nothing turns out here you are. What do? It's Kevin's plant." said Sekar told Nina who jumped up shocked to hear his greeting.

"Mother.." she turned the body around.

Nina saw that there was a glass of warm brown drink in Sekar's hand and a pair of fresh bread that already contained jam. He was casually seated in the garden of the house that morning, it felt like the house looked different today. It was so good to see that he was no longer alone. If usually the woman will be busy following the waiters to work in the kitchen to find friends, now she no longer feels lonely. Nina was truly present in the midst of her loneliness.

"What do you like about it?" ask Sekar to find out the figure of Nina who is not so well known.

"As mother saw. I like the flowers. They are so beautiful." replied Nina happily.

The two of them were talking about continuing the conversation last night again.

The day passed so quickly. Every morning even Sekar has a new hobby to go to the market with Nina. And that certainly makes the waiter's job feel light.  During the day they will be busy making various kinds of cakes with a small amount. It was as if Nina was looking for the kind of cake that would become Sekar's favorite.

Until a week passed, it did not feel now Kevin was time to return home. He chose to buy his mother food. When the car he was carrying stopped in a yard of his house his eyes were spoiled with a view of flowers that looked different pot than usual. There is a new and unique big pot view there. Even some new flowers appear to be growing. Happy, of course as a flower lover Kevin likes his house to be more colorful.

This is what he always wanted when he came home to see fresh scenery because in the forest he always met the obsolescence of the woods he used to live.

Slowly he stepped into the house whose door was open. The faint sound of the laughter of the two women sounded so intense that Kevin continued to enter and head to the kitchen where the sound was coming from.

"Loh Mr. Kevin," the shocked waiter stopped Nina and Sekar from laughing. The eyes of the two were fixed on the figure of the man wearing his proud uniform complete with high black shoes and Nina could see it must be very heavy.

"Kevin, you're finally home too. Here Mother again make a cake with Nina." said Sekar approached the child.

Kevin kissed the back of his mother's hand. Nina just quietly clumsily spoke nothing to him. They all headed to the dining table where various kinds of cakes had been arranged very attractively. Seeing that, of course, Kevin can't lie. He was so hungry and enjoyed one by one the cakes that were still warm.

Nina looked nervous while Sekar smiled seeing the child eating one after another. Because he is sure this will be very liked by Kevin.

"Who made it, Mom? Because I know you don't like making cakes." Kevin said with his front.

"Eh you're the origin of the talk. I love making cakes as long as there is a cake. Nina who made all her dough just help make the print and wait for it to mature." said Sekar calmly.

Kevin had guessed that this was not the work of his mother's hand. However, the taste offered by Nina's cake is really delicious.

The man filled his stomach with various cakes without eating rice. Until finally Sekar asked him to clean the body first. Nina who since the arrival of Kevin just silent clumsy. He thought where after this. Because Kevin's arrival is a sign for him to find a place to live in this big city.

Sad of course he felt sad even though he had only been a few days with Bu Sekar, he felt very comfortable. Nina felt like she was with her mother in the village.
